Amazing products

Amazing products! I bought two Thor hammers which are super fun to work with and are definitely a headturner. The jumprope arrived quickly, although I had to wait an extra 10 days for the Thor hammers (total worth it!)

My experience with Tribe-WOD

I was in the market for a weighted vest as I wanted a new challenge in working out, seeing Tribe-WOD's prices I found a vest I liked and the matching plates for it and ordered it. A day went by and I had noticed that they were going to ship separately, a little bit of an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. The next day I checked on the progress of my order and noticed that I mistakenly ordered the wrong vest, I got in touch with their team. While I was waiting for a response I decided to read some reviews about the comply and found that all of the reviews were mostly negative which concerned me a lot, had I just given $200+ dollars to a scam company? They did respond their timing could have been a little quicker but at the same time I am not sure of what they have going on on their end. They answered my questions and I got refunded for the vest I incorrectly ordered and got the correct one picked out. I received my plates and I am still waiting on my vest, I am only writing this review a little less than a day from when I ordered the vest I hope to receive it in a timely manner just like the weighted plates.

Do not purchase anything from this company. They are completely a scam, they lie about the return policy. Have no customer service, and I haven’t received my shipment yet.

I ordered the complete set of Thor…

I ordered the complete set of Thor Hammers...... Was only able to receive a pair of 55lb. I am missing 15lb, 25lb, 35lb, 45lb, and 70lb hammers.
I still have not recieved them.

I ordered middle of March it's June 8th.

I ordered middle of March. It's June 8th. They don't respond to any emails. I believe this is a scam company who has no products. I've issued a dispute with my credit card company. Don't blow your money out the door. There are no products. Only empty promises via email but nothing to send you. They're really great looking on the website but that's it. Just pictures on a website with no products to send. Don't bother. 3 months and no products, no more response from company. I get it...swindlers. scam artists. Just taking money with no products. Liars and thieves.

Ordered December, Delivered May

I ordered 2 Kettlebells in December, and they arrived in May. I was given a delivery date in early Jan and every month it was pushed back - but I was only notified when I would email. Minimal contact and incredibly late shipping. Was initially very excited about these kettlebells but overall very disappointed

I ordered this well over two months ago…

I ordered this well over two months ago and have contact tribe-wod through multiple emails and attempted phone calls. If there was a response, which hardly happened, it was attomated and answered none of my questions. This company has been a tremendous let down for myself and my entire active duty, Marine Corps division which the whole purpose was to give this order too one of our own who is on his way out the military. Because of this company's terrible customer service and awful execution to get a person's order to them within a reasonable time frame the Marine now has to have a subpar last minute gift to remember the military by. I am beyond upset at this fact and tribe wod is the main factor to the reason this happened. Terrible company

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! It’s 5/10, I ordered a kettlebell late January. I’ve requested an update twice both times it took 3-4 days to return my message. My request for a refund was flat ignored! I had to result to a Facebook comment which magically disappeared within an hour instead of addressing the issue! Stay away from this company!

I placed prder December 5th

I placed prder December 5th. THEIR WEBSITE GUARANTEED I would have my 25# thor kettlebell by Christmas. Every month it is a new excuse. Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given. Now they are suggesting they haven't even filled November's orders. Which were claimed to have be filled months ago! So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie!

Ordered middle December and now it is…

Ordered middle December and now it is late April over 4 months later and no delivery. I inquired a couple of times and they keep sending me these charts that say if you ordered in Dec then you will receive25 pound models by Feb and that the 35 pound models were actively shipping in March. Well, now it's April and nothing is being received at all. Not sure what's going on with this company but over 4 months and nothing? Telling me it is actively shipping and sill 2 more months and nothing? Can't say I trust this company. Headed. over to the BBB next to file complaints there. From there Attorney General and then hit all of the other review sites. Don't want others to get screwed like I have been.

Delays delays and more delays

Ordered the 25# Thor hammers end of November with a promise for delivery for Christmas. As if today, April 7, 4+ months later all I have are false promises of “shipping in the next few days”. So VERY disappointed. Will not ever order from them again!!!

Tribe Wod does not fulfill it's orders after receiving payment

I placed an order for a Thor KB in October with delivery guaranteed by December. It is now March. Still no product. Customer service responses are vague. They posted a picture of a warehouse full of this product and continue to sell it. However people buying it even in January are reporting that they have not received their product either. In February I received an automated response to my inquiry stating it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. That did not occur. Now my order on my account is marked FULFILLED. i never received a new tracking number or the product. I believe I am out the money and the product at this point.
