Ordered a weight vest and weight plates over 2 years ago. I still do not have. Then 6 months ago they offered a full refund. But since then have come up with every reason to not fulfill that. They are nothing short of a fraud/scam organization. Beware!!!

Product looks like a quality product but delivery was terrible. The weight was not well protected and has damage all over it from probably being tossed around. VERY disappointed.

TBW order #40197 . I receive my 2 gray plates yesterday and one of them was a bit chipped on the top part. I can take a pic or two if you need me to. Thanks!!

This company is great; I love the colors of the gear and the customized options to choose from! My cerakote bar came packaged nice and safely, and I received constant emails on shipping updates and tracking. My bar is beautiful and can’t wait to buy the plates for it next. Thanks!

Dec 13th I ordered a 10lb pair of dark elf barbells. EXTREMELY excited because I found out about this company running to a dead end with onnit.com discontinuing their Star Wars, and zombie line of kettlebells.
Tribe wod came across my screen 🤯 when I saw Thor hammer, I ordered a 25lb pair, received with in 3-4 day’s, wonderful product look, feel, and fun to use too.
Placed order for dark elf barbells. 3~5 days later I received 10lb pair of Olius bumper plates😢.
I’ve sent 5 emails, received 2 auto generated replies, and 1 that seemed to be a person. The last reply was December 20th. I just want what I paid for so I can enjoy my gains.

Weighted vest is well made and adjustable. Got the 13kg plates which hold nicely as I jog and do burpees. It's as comfortable as one can be carrying 29 lbs.

The 55lb Hammer kettle bells I bought came damaged with scratches, chipped paint, and poorly packed. They look like they were used…

At first I was apprehensive about my order as I saw a number of negative reviews. But my order was easy, fast, and delivered without incident. The items were packed in foam and arrived in working condition as intended.

The barbell is excellent. the cerakote on it is very good were its not overly grippy it was done just right. The only nitpicks I have with the bar is that I wish it had center knurling since the coating is smooth. But I also wish it has a more aggressive knurling for me it's a little soft

I did not receive my full order and no one has answered any of my emails asking for updates. The shipment notification from Tribe-Wod indicated the full order was shipped, but FedEx only had one package in the shipment.

Great product

I placed an order for a barbell bumper plate combo. The items were shipped quickly and received well-packaged. When I opened the box containing the bumper plates, there was only one. The website says 10 lb plates are sold as a pair, and the chat feature on the website confirmed that this was the case.

I have tried to contact support multiple times. I have sent emails to three different addresses, messaged them on Facebook, left a comment on a Facebook post, messaged them on Instagram, and messaged them through their website's contact us section. I have had no response to any of my messages.

Their products are good, but their customer service is nonexistent.

Ordered a cerakote barbell and bumper plate bundle. Company sent tracking information for the barbell and I received the barbell. No tracking information for the bumper plate. They refuse to send out the bumper plate and have no means to verify the information of what they sent out. Only solution is to send the barbell back for a refund. Terrible customer support.

Worst customer service experience ever.

Ordered 2x45lb 2x25lb 2x10lb rubber weights. I received both 45s but only 1x25lb and 1x10lb… no biggie. I enquire about when the next 2 will ship out, and I get radio silence for much longer than I should have. After about 2 weeks of no contact, they refund me the 2 plates and tell me to order again to complete my order.

I tell them the customer service experience has been terrible, and I would just like to return for a refund all plates. They do not respond for another 2 weeks. I had to initiate a charge back because of this tomfoolery.

They get back to me after 2 weeks and give me a single USPS label. Great. I take it USPS to return it, unload the plates and package them on my own dime… USPS doesn’t take packages over 70lbs and I need separate labels… are you kidding me? I ask for more labels.

Weekend passes and I get them. Go back to USPS and these clowns have me a FEDEX label… so now I have 1 USPS label and 1 FedEx label. Absolutely insane.

Terrible company, with a shipping and customer service department ran by what I can only assume to be wild chimpanzees.

Ordered a product of 4 Feb. Item still hasn't shipped. Reached out to customer service email in three occasions. Zero responses.

I ordered my son a weighted vest for Christmas and STILL have not received it and have not gotten a response from @tribewod DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I first placed an order 11/28/23 for a barbell. Great deal or at least it seemed like it. A 250$ barbell for 89$ shipping included. In between 11/28 to 12/14 I was unable to receive any type of response with regards to the order no update, no shipping information, no tracking number, not even a courtesy email responding. I tried to email them SEVEN separate times without any response back. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I finally got a generic response that did not correspond to my order at all, apologizing for not mailing out the order and that it would be shipped within two weeks. I sent, yet another, 4 emails and got a response with a “back up in the inventory”. Fast forward to January 2, 2023 I received a subsequent email informing me they would be refunding me my money back. All that waiting, asking and pleading for them to just CANCEL it after promising otherwise. The worst online purchase experience. They are less than mediocre when it comes to professionalism, communication and accountability. I WILL NEVER ORDER FEOM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered two 15 pound thor hammers and never received them.. only a email after I wrote asking when they planned on shipping out my products that I already paid for.. simply saying they just got them stock up and will be shipping out shortly..but nothing since then they don't even reply to other emails anymore . And it's been over a month since the so called last update.. this company is a fraud and needs to be sued for theft

Wouldn't cancel my order before shipping. Now they won't return my emails about returning the items and the return link on their website doesn't work.

Absolute joke of a company.

They have my money and I do not have my vest. After multiple emails with my order number along with all of my personal contact information along with messages to their social media manager, NOTHING. My next step is to contact my lawyer.
