The good and the Very Bad
The good: I’ve order all of their products except the Olius plates. So far all of the products have been great.
The bad, very bad: every single order that I’ve placed has been a problem except the weighted vest and I mean every order. Here are the most recent two. 1: order barbell and 45lb Corsair pair, got the barbell and one 25lb plate. 2: ordered a barbell and pair of 25lb and 10lb Corsair. Received all except the barbell was wrong color. Sent it back waited a month for the new one got the wrong size and color this time. They haven’t responded since. It will definitely be my last purchase. I haven’t even heard back since I told them they sent the wrong barbell again and it’s been over a week.

I’ve never written a review but Lordt this has been the most insufferable experience I’ve ever had with a company. And I’m very patient. I’ve ordered about 4 weeks ago. First, no order confirmation, so idk what happened with the order. Then I reached out, no answer…… I started leaving comments on IG and then got answer. Finally, they shipped my order. Left one of the plates. Then i spent days trying to hear back. Finally ship the second order with the missing plate. I go get the plate and the new plate they sent doesn’t match the original one so now I’m
Sitting here with plates that don’t match. Same weight. Different widths and height. How am I supposed to workout with with that?
No shipping updates, order in limbo
Ordered a barbell + bumper bundle end of October (listed as in stock). It’s now December 30 and hasn’t shipped. Customer service hasn’t replied in a month (and the original replies couldn’t give me any update on when it would ship). Ended up disputing on my CC last week. I’d gladly close the dispute if the item would ship (or even had an ETA for shipping).
Had 0 issues ordering the hammers via Amazon which is why I wanted to try some of the other gear. Tried using the tribe-wod site for the bundle and it’s been awful.
Seeing similar issues as others where everything I ordered is being shown as “in stock” and numerous sales emails for the items.
EDIT (1/1/23): Received an email today that the team has been notified to ship ASAP. I’ll edit this review if/when it ships.
EDIT (1/21/23): Received an email today saying there was a technical issue and I need to cancel my order through Amazon (I didn’t order via Amazon though).
EDIT (2/3/23): Never received any further communication. Checked the status of my dispute through my credit card and it was successful and the amount credited back to me.
Poor customer service.
Dec. 13th I ordered a Thor Hammer. Now on Feb. 21st I have yet to receive it. Yet my card was charged on Dec. 13th. The only time I get updates, is when I contact them. They otherwise keep sending me info saying I put things in my cart [which I haven't] and they keep telling me they have my gear. [when they don't] I have brought up the fact that they keep sending me info that is untrue, and their suggestion is to unsubscribe from their site so I don't keep receiving their lies. They talk about their problems as if they are recent and is because of covid, yet now looking at other complaints, I see the same issues going back a year. They keep selling product they don't have. Finally giving up, and fearing their product might be as bad as their service, I asked for a refund, which was denied.
In response to their response. They refused to refund me, I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

Seems like I’m getting the same…
Seems like I’m getting the same runaround as everyone else. I placed an order July 21 of this year and have been told multiple times my order is on its way and was given a 15% refund at one point and told the delay was due to changing warehouses. It is now October 31 and I was told that I would have my order October 22. I already have one of the 25 pound Thor kettle bells and was really hoping to get a couple more from this order but I’m starting to think I will never see them. I understand they may be having warehouse issues but at some point they may have to bite the bullet and instead of waiting to ship out these one offs they may have to ship out brand new ones to complete these orders since they have already taken our money. Of course they don’t give you a customer service phone number you just send an email of which I’ve gotten no response from my last one.
Update: Well it seems like they decided to bite the bullet. It is November 5 and I received the two Thor kettle bells that I ordered and one of them I guess was a non-blemish one. I received a text saying that they were not going to make customers wait any longer and instead of waiting for their one off to be available they were going to send out new ones to complete the orders.

More and more bad
More and more bad. It's now been over 3 months since my order. Tribe-wod's last response was a month ago promising me I'd have my delivery by today (10/22) at the latest. Worse still, they continue to advertise and push sales via email and social media for the exact product I ordered. They respond to reviews like this with empty apologies -- it's been a quarter of a year.

Ordered a kettle bell during their…
Ordered a kettle bell during their factory defects (cosmetic) sale in July. Have never received any updates since. Wrote their customer service and only received offers for 15% off my next order and keep getting told they were moving storage for their factory which means they must be selling factory defects that aren’t produced yet? Who pre-sells factory cosmetic defects? So Monday I’m contacting my bank and having the charges removed since my request for a refund is going like the others on here.

Bad Return Policy for Heavy Items
If you purchase anything heavy, keep in mind return is self-ship and the cost of return to ship will most likely be more than the product itself and they have a 22% restocking fee on top of it. Not clearly stated on their return policy page.

Item not shipped after 80 days but they advertise it as being in stock.
I ordered a weight vest and two weight plates for the vest during their January sale. Vest arrived promptly. Weights have not arrived and it has been more than 80 days. I’ve emailed their customer service and always get the same basic reply. We are so sorry. Our suppliers are having issues so it is not our fault. We will ship your item in another 2-3 weeks if there are no more delays. Got that email multiple times.
Icing on the cake. Today I get an email saying the exact item I ordered and have been waiting for since January is now in stock and available to ship. And yet my item has not shipped? Not a peep from them since they told me it was a problem with their Warehouse and instead they sent me order to their Distribution Center and that the Distribution Center would ship my order in 3-7 business days after they process my order. I ordered this item for a family member as a gift for their birthday in February. And it will be April soon.
I’m starting to think that they are just stringing me along and hoping that I forget so they can keep my money. The communication is always one sided. I complain. They apologize and do NOTHING!!!!
UPDATE: A week or so after they advertised the items back in stock and my contacting customer service a number of times, the item is supposed to arrive today.

I’ve ordered from Tribe-Wod on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a set of weighted plates and the second was a backpack. While yes, they do take a little longer than normal for items to ship, they provided me good customer service when I reached out to them to correct any problems I was facing. This company gets poor reviews for being “scams” but that’s not the case. We’re used to having products delivered within days of ordering and are quick to write off smaller companies as “frauds” but give them a chance and be patient their products are as described and great quality.
Deceptive if not out right false advertising
Saw the ad on Facebook. Went to website. Picture on description of the “Thor kettlebell” said 25% off when you order it plus a weighted vest and discount would process at checkout. Never got the discount. Opened customer support ticket. They said it was old promotion and not available anymore even though still on the website. Also said the “Thor kettle bell” was in stock but with “limited quantities” which also appears to be false. Vest shipped kettlebell evidently is 3-4 weeks back ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I ordered the 25 weight Jan 14th and still have not received it. They keep telling me it is being shipped but never it. Will never order from this company again.

THOR 35lbs
Got the THOR 35lbs and absolutely love it. This product is a lot of fun and brings variety into my workout. Also looks pretty cool in my workout room. Nothing to complain.

Excellent training equipment with great design
At first I wasn't sure because I preferred to buy at the more established sport brands but the extraordinary design of the Thor Kettlebell convinced me to give it a try.
The shipping process went smoothly and the products arrived on time. I am happy with the quality of the products and they really motivate me for my daily trainings.
I even ordered another one as a gift for my friend.

I ordered an Odin Hammer. They sent a Thor. I returned it using their ups label.They won't refund the money until they receive it. Got lost by UPS. Now no response to repeated enquiries. reported to BBB. Will contest charges on CC.
