Pay by cash is a joke if your divers…

Pay by cash is a joke if your divers won’t change £5 for a £3 fare and insist on card payment as they cannot change. Then at least 5 people after me pay in cash.

Driver very helpful to disabled person was nice to see

Skylink is allergic to being reliable.

Another lovely evening spent waiting an hour+ for a bus home, with every bus that is scheduled to arrive either just turning up, usually late, and not letting people on and then just driving off, or just not appearing at all. Only to then be told by the fifth driver not accepting passengers that we've waited so long that they are now switching to the night shift and that we will have to catch the bus from a completely different and vaguely described area - Something I, and other passengers, had never heard of in the years of occasionally having to use your reliably inconsistent service, and something that isnt signposted or explained anywhere.

Either your drivers are misinformed, bad at their jobs, or it's the fault of higher management, regardless, this service is shit.

I caught the rainbow 1at the hilltop…

I caught the rainbow 1at the hilltop Eastwood at 07.45 after two buses not turning up I have been on this bus 25 minutes,
It should take 40 minutes to get to Nottingham but it takes over a hr because the driver his stop to a 5 minute break at very stop why when this bus his late.

I travelled on Trent Burton X38 bus…


I travelled on Trent Burton X38 bus service and encountered this extremely rude and abrupt bus driver twice .He certainly knows nothing about customer service. You are providing a service which you are paid for. When challenged his rude behavior. He had audacity to say about maybe "I am in a mood". Until I encountered this young man, my mood was excellent. Do I have a mood because of my race?? I know you have cameras, review the recording.

Skylink airport service ..... WONDERFUL!

Wow!
Used this service for the first time late January, and then on our return from holiday on 10 Feb. Wonderful service both on 55 minute lengthier route (would be great for local journeys to Beeston, Chilwell and Long Eaton etc.) , but also express 35 minute service, both to and from our hotel at Pegasus Business Park, but also to and from Terminal to hotel. Frequent and reliable service and helpful drivers. Will use again!

Keyworth bus ( It's a joke )

Since moving the keyworth bus back to every 15 minutes they are back to normal i.e ( LATE OR MISSING ) why couldn't you just of left them at every 20 minutes least they was regular shame nottingham city transport doesn't run the route

Racist, ignorant bus drivers

Recently got on a Mainline bus from Bingham to Nottingham. A young Asian schoolgirl got on the bus, who can’t have been older than 12/13. The card machine wasn’t working, and the mango system was playing up. He shouted at her to get on, and then called her “Wong Bong Bum Bum” as she walked past the cab. I put in a complaint but the CCTV conveniently “wasn’t working” on the bus. Got on another mainline bus today and the driver ignored us and drove past. Had to run down to the bus and bang on the door to get on, and he claimed he didn’t see us at the stop. No apology. Shame it’s the only regular service from Bingham to Nottingham, as I’ve got no other choice but use them.

Absolutely disgusted with this bus…

Absolutely disgusted with this bus service.

The male driver on the 6.1 between Bakewell to Derby left my 11 year old son and his friend stranded today at 4.20pm at a bus stop 10 miles from home because his bank card would not work on their machine.

His friend paid for her ticket using her mango card and then asked if she could pay for my son, the bus driver refused this and told my son to get off! His friend said she couldn’t leave him on his own as it would be dark in 30 minutes and he had no way of getting home so the horrid man kicked them both off 😡

They are children who finished school at 3.30pm, had to wait for 50 minutes for the bus to arrive to then be left stranded.

I am so sickened by this outrageous behaviour of a grown man treating young children like this.
Why not have let them on the bus and I would have paid for his ticket when he got off, or let his friend pay for him on her mango card.

I hope this despicable man sees this and feels guilty and is apologetic for his behaviour.

This is not the way to treat people and if you can’t be respectful to other people and offer a decent service then you shouldn’t work in a customer facing position.

Sixes have really gone down hill

Sixes have really gone down hill, they are not reliable at all there is literally no point ever planning to get the bus or leave at a certain time because they never show on time or a lot of the time don’t show up at all. There is lack of information about it and when they do tell you it’s to the several people at the front of the line quietly. I have waited over an hour before for a bus because two were cancelled one never showed and the forth was late. I want to say this isn’t a daily occurrence but it sadly is. My two bus commute that should take 45mins to an hour give or take on traffic takes 2 hours or more. There’s never any compensation and I’m always missing things that I have to do once home!!! One time a bus broke down and there was no compensation nothing just that I was told to walk even though it was far from the station

Red arrow is no good at all

Red Arrow management/drivers and whoever is responsible for scheduling and maintaining the fleet should be sacked.
I have never ever experienced this level of reckless unprofessional handling of bus scheduling before.
7:55 bus was canceled (this has become a normal thing for them)
Yet they always put out the schedule on the daily, knowing they would cancel it.
08:05 was canceled (reason) it broke down.
08:15 came by 08:23 AM.
People stood for several minutes and missed out on important things planned.
The compensation is free ride 😡😡😡😡😡
Who really cares about free ride?
This is the shittest and most unreliable trash of a service.
If you ever have an important meeting or somewhere to be on time.
AVOID RED ARROW😡!!!!!!!!!

My granddaughter waited st willowcroft…

My granddaughter waited st willowcroft road spondon for the ilkeston flyer between 10.10 and 10.15.she put her hand out but the driver just drove past.made her late for an appointment,on top of that she is only 14.bad service.

Unbelievably bad

Unbelievably bad , never on time and don't even show. Wast of time having the Hugo app to track the bus when all its says is it's not available. Absolutely hate this service

Worst bus company in the Midlands

Worst bus company in the Midlands, literally cost me my job all because they send buses when they feel like it,you can be waiting at the time indicated and it wont show multiple times a day on multiple routes, disgraceful service

Terrible drivers

Terrible drivers.
I’ve had awful experiences on AND off the 9.3 & 9.1 from Kirkby to Mansfield.
From busses driving straight past me and old civilians to not arriving multiple times in a row.
I’ve particularly lost ALL respect for these buss drivers today as I was driving through Kirkby and one turned in RIGHT in front of me.
I threw a hand up so that they would recognise they had done so, and refrained from pipping my horn.
The driver saw my hand go up ,and while turning in, threw his middle finger up at me and started (what looked like) shouting at me.
I cannot believe that people with such short tempers and huge attitudes are even aloud to drive let alone carry 20-30 passengers along with them too.
I just wish I had got a number plate so that I could call and report him myself.
This company or whoever is in charge of hiring these thoughtless people ought to try driving on the roads with them before hiring.

This particular driver was heading from Ashfield school, through Sutton towards Mansfield. And the incident occurred around 2:50pm.
