We recently had a flat tire. I was able to get a hold of Treads and get someone out to put the spare on and get us back on the road within an hour. Also set up an appointment in their app for a crew to come out and replace the tire within a couple days and that all went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and competent. Exactly what I expected when I signed up for this service!

The company is doing well. Fast responses and calls to make sure your installation or repairs go on smoothly without any inconvenience. I love the service and would recommend it to others.

The mechanic was helpful and was also able to patch my tire. He also pointed out that my serpentine belt needs to be replaced.

Arrived slightly ahead of schedule and were quick and efficient. The technicians were friendly and made sure everything was calibrated before finishing. Highly recommend! In my case it was cheaper than using Costco or other tire specific locations.

One of the reasons I decided to use your service is I just want my oil changed. I was tired of paying for services shops "included" in an oil change. All I want is my oil changed, I don't need them doing anything else. I can't crawl on the ground to do it myself, but yes I know my rear wiper need to be replaced. Not sure why its so hard to just change oil and a filter anymore

I was between three and four stars. For the most part , I really like it but I find it very hard to schedule an appointment. And the one time I did need help by dinning get it.

Overall, my experience with Treads has been good. For someone who drives a lot like I do, it is a very good value as well. My only complaint is that the tracking on the app is pretty bad. It only picks up about 40% of my driving.

Treads is very convenient, they're very responsive and helpful. When your vehicle needs tire rotation or replacement, they come to your home at your convenience to do the work.

Tire technician was early to my appointment/home. Allowed me to ask any question and provided answers. Work was done quick and efficiently.
