An Unreliable Train Booking Website
I have just bought 2 train tickets from Kutaisi to Tbilisi. But no ticket was generated. A few minutes later, an email from Tre.ge telling me that they received my payment but no tickets. And a refund will be made in 3 days. So untrustworthy and unreliable service. The refund will cost me more due to the exchange rate. I don't dare to make a new booking now.

We want to clarify that as soon as the system detected the error, a full refund was initiated immediately from our side to ensure your funds were protected. While we process refunds instantly, banks usually require 1–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
We deeply regret that this happened and that the exchange rate may affect the final amount; unfortunately, this is handled by the banks and is beyond our control. We truly value your feedback and are working hard to prevent such technical issues in the future. ❤️

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that our booking time limit is actually more than 5 minutes, which is generally sufficient for group bookings.
Additionally, to make the process even faster, you can purchase up to 9 tickets using the details of just one passenger. There’s no need to enter separate information for everyone, which saves a lot of time!

I experienced in bad weather in some areas low quality of connection and specially when we leave touristic areas or big cities and there's wind ... etc. I never experienced this in other countries.
