There are so many travel sites to chose from once you decide to fly internationally. I was initially leary of this site. However when I received the initial call in regards to verifying that you all received my correct information, I began to relax. Nathan continued to follow up and even though it seemed as if he was accustomed to aggressive personalities I assured him that I truly appreciated his insistence in ensuring that I was aware of all the pertinent knowledge to make this trip a smooth one For example, I fly alot domestically, so I naturally assumed my carry on is covered, but Nathan calmly reiterated that it was not the case. Finally, I got it and was grateful he did not leave me to my own ignorance. I have heard negative feedbacks in regards to Spirit airlines, however if this is the front end service, then I pray they follow through and lock this is journey in as the best international journey ever. Thank you Nathan for your patience and great customer service delivery 👍

This company is playing around to gather customer data only, they will show you the Lowest fare on the website when you book it, it will go smoothly, and you will provide all your highly confidential details to book the tickets, however, they will call you after to say that, the actual price is almost double than what you have seen online,
if you want to book as it is then it's risky, as at the airport you might not get a ticket,

Do not let the 'good' reviews fool you, they are more than likely fake. We just booked a holiday from London to Thailand for the 16th of March over to the 25th of April. The prices shown were £606 per person on their website and was the same when we actually booked it online. We then receive an email about half an hour later where the prices were nearly doubled! Luckily, we cancelled our bank card before any money was taken from our accounts. This is false advertising. When we called, an agent told us that the prices on their website (that we had also booked) were 'promotional prices', that is false advertising and against consumer laws.

"The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead or harass consumers by, for example: including false or deceptive messages." - ref: Marketing and Advertising - the law: Regulations that affect advertising on the UK Gov website.

Before we had to freeze and cancel our card, we contacted TravelnSave to tell them what the problem was. At first, the guy who answered was trying to give us an answer to a different question, we ended up telling him to straight up cancel it. He then said that an agent called 'Steve' would contact us within half an hour to do so. Of course, this 'Steve' never called us back. This lead to us cancelling the card.

This company is ran by crooks and I would stay far away if I were you, book directly with an Airline and not with a third party.

EDIT - Funnily enough, they've just tried to flag this review. I have sent screenshots of the emails to Trust pilot to verify my experience. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!
