I was skeptical at first, but after a quick phone call from a rep. I got my tickets. And they're legit. I got an amazing price for tickets that should cost me almost twice as much. Will use Travelcation again.

I can’t begin to tell you how helpful Steve operator (5033) has been. On 03/05/2023 When we booked our flight. The next day we got a notification saying we didn’t have any flights. Somehow Steve helped us to rebook and saved our trip for my 3 kids, my wife and I all 5 thank you so much!! Philippines here we come!

When I first bought my ticket I got a call saying that ticket is no longer avaiable and I had to buy a more expensive one which I found frustrating and wanted to cancle my ticket. However I was able to negoate and only had to pay the origional price.

Our agent, Rocky, has been relentless in his efforts, first to get us rebooked when our original flight was cancelled, and then to correct our seat assignments to comfort seats.

I have to admit I was leery about Aurelius and Travelcation but we had already booked the trip.

Ima happy to say the trip has been taken and everything was as was agreed upon. Aurelius did what he said he would do. Luggage was included in the price as was agreed upon. Thank you Aurelius. I’m sorry I was so suspecting. We live in a time when there is so much fraud. I hope this review helps others to trust your business ☺️

This is my second review for travelcations and this one is as bad as the first. We unfortunately booked with Travelcations around 11 months ago for a trip that to Denmark, flying through Iceland. After placing our trip on their website, they contacted me two days afterwards with different times than we originally booked. We had to cancel the trip and was given a credit.

I contacted Travelcations on the March 3, 2023 for a trip to Iceland. I had all of the flights and times sent to them. After 10 emails and numerous calls, I was just contacted (March 9th) and told that the flights that we wanted were not available and the new flights were an extra $1300 per person for business class. I pulled Iceland air website, put the flights in and came up with a dollar amount that equaled close to our credit. Our credit was for approx $2200 and they wanted to charge over $4000, after a week of not being able to book tickets. I dont know how this company is in business and will be calling the BBB.

It was really hard to understand his pronunciation. But he is helpful and finally book the flight for me.

They asked me for info they didn’t need and acted like the didn’t ask. It said I needed to put my passport number in and I tried to. When I reached out they said they never asked… very weird.
