No cab shows and they take 50% up front .

Scam! Paid 50% taxi never arrived. Reviews on website are fake. Don’t use it.

Our cab never showed up despite having a confirmation number and email. Waste of time. Ended up calling an Uber. Very stressful as it was booked to catch an ineternational flight. Location Rome.

They seem to be a SCAM. Got paid 50% of the money and did not provide the service

Scam. Waste of time, effort, and money. Don’t even bother with these scumbags. Also, shame on Google for allowing them to sponsor ads.

I’m waiting for a driver and they are now 1 hour late now I have to try to find a way to get to the Milan airport what a nightmare they gave me a number but no communication after that no phone number to get in touch with them they should be banded from advertising

Obviously this company does not exist. Just a computer scamming unsuspecting customers like me and many others from what I see.

Took a deposit and did not send a taxi. Have ignored all communications since. Terrible company.

This is not a company, this is the biggest scam ever and running it for others real Cabs companies. 1 they took my money and then did not sent any drivers, 2 they sent me a email, but they didn’t respond to my email. 3 don’t look for a phone number, everything has to be done through the app and “email “ finally all they do is trying to STEAL yes STEAL your money.

We booked Taxi Travel Cab for a special trip in Italy, paying a 50% deposit upfront, trusting they would deliver a reliable service. What did we get? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We waited for over an hour—no car, no driver, no communication. Our emails went completely unanswered. We were stranded in a foreign country with no idea what was going on. This service ruined our plans and left us stressed and frustrated. It was not just unprofessional—it felt like a scam. I will be reporting this to the authorities in Italy and exploring all options to address this outrageous negligence. Taxi Travel Cab was a complete disaster. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind!

Same experience: I booked a taxi for the next morning to the airport in Sardinia, payed 20€, then I received a cancellation email in the night! before my flight when I was already asleep. In the morning I saw the email and had to arrange a new taxi. It was a lot of stress and I could easily miss the flight, as it was 05:00 in the morning! It’s over 2 weeks now and I still didn’t receive the refund. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! Be careful and don’t book anything there!

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD .BOOKED FROM MILAN BERGAMO AIRPORT FOR PICK UP YESTERDAY AT 10.30 AM. PAID 50% £74 FOR ONE WAY JOURNEY. SUPRISE SUPRISE NO DRIVER INFORMATION AND NO PICK UP .WE WERE STRANDED FOR HOURS. OTHER TAXIS WANTED 350 EUROS ONE WAY .AFTER HOURS OF TRYING TO SORT A CAR HIRE LUCAUTOS TOOK PITTY ON US AND GAVE US A REALLY GOOD DEAL EVEN KNOCKED 20% OFF. THIS COMPANY NEEDS STOPPING IMMEDIATELY LOOKING AT ALL THE REVIEWS HERE. JUST WISHED WE WOULD OF CHECKED FIRST. I HAVE REPORTED TO MY BANK AND DISPUTED PAYMENT .AN HOUR AND HALF FLIGHT TOOK US 14 HOURS IN THE END BECAUSE OF THIS AND WE ARE ONLY ON A 3 DAY BREAK. JUST AWFUL .DO NOT USE STAY AWAY .

Untrustworthy company. They do not respond to emails or honor their commitments. This is a scam and an explicit theft of money.

Wir sollten am 14.8.2024 am Hotel in Caorle abgeholt werden. Fahrt zum Flughafen. Wir haben eine Anzahlung geleistet, schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten, wurden aber nicht abgeholt.
Wir mussten anderes Taxi bestellen und natürlich bezahlen.
Wiederholt haben wir Travel Cab kontaktiert. Keine Reaktion, nicht einmal der Eingang unserer Anfragen wurden bestätigt. Wir werden jetzt einen Anwalt einschalten und Travel Cab verklagen. Leider haben wir bisher nicht ihre Anschrift ermitteln können, nur Mail.
Was für ein Geschäftsgebaren. Fällt einem nur ein Wort ein. Betrug

Unfortunately I’ve only just read the reviews. I too booked a taxi with them and paid 50%deposit. They of course did not turn up. No contact number only email to which there has been no reply. Total scam.

Do not order these taxis. Paid 50% deposit €42 and no show. They said refund in 5-9 days and nothing. No replies from emails either. Pure scam.

Can’t give less than 1 ! Total scam invalid email address and no contact numbers!!
I’ve just lost €140 euros -again a 50% deposit ☹️ if only I’d checked here first !!!
Why don’t the Police intervene with these
