Tanya from this Travel Associates Tauranga is an absolute travel ninja. She listened to what we were after and came up with great suggestions and once we had agreed on an itinerary et cetera the balance of the transaction was super smooth. An additional bonus was that Tanya was able to obtain some last-minute lower-priced accommodation specials- so not only did we get great service we had a refund to boot. Highly recommended.

Through Tanya at Travel Associates Tauranga, we booked an exciting trip to Europe for September/October this year. As our departure drew near, my wife developed a heart problem and her Cardiologist adamantly stated do not travel, so, back to Tanya with our sad news. Our fares and accommodation were non refundable, so Tanya went into battle for us and with doctors statements she managed to get our costs refunded.
We are so grateful for her efforts and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travel Associates to friends and family. Out of 5 stars, we give Tanya 6.
