Beware of this scam! They issue fake flight tickets, take your money, and provide no refunds. Their so-called "good reviews" are completely fake or self-written. They only booked my ticket with the airline but cancel it 3 days before departure date instead of confirming it. They initially claimed to have processed the refund, stating it would take 5-7 working days to reflect. However, after 15 days, they informed me that due to it being an international transaction, the refund would take one month to clear. After the one-month mark, they provided further unreasonable excuses. I've now reported this to my bank.

To all who is reading the reviews, please avoid dealing with them. I am not saying this out of frustration but because we were scammed. They charged the fare and there is no booking on the airline website.

Probably the latest review I am giving here and I can confidently say this that these are scammers and all good reviews are just fake.
We booked our Ultra base fair flight from West Jet from Toronto to Cancun for 2 people. Fair was very cheap to we were tempted to buy it and it also said that it includes one Carry on. It also said that they won't charge the card until the ticket has been issued but the card was charged immediately I hit the submit button.
Tickets did not arrive for 5 days and when we had received them, they had very basic spelling errors with our names and emails. Upon checking we figured that in the ticket, nothing was added to the carry on baggage to which they later said that its not included in this basic ultra fare. We had back and forth email conversation with them and they were responsive. I also verified the reservation at WestJet website and we were able to see it.

Upon checking the Trustpilot reviews, I had tried asking them the refund but they had refused saying it is a non refundable booking so we had continue it.
On the baggage discussion, Steve had called me and offered to add complementary checked in baggage so which we agreed.
Last time when I had called send an email to them asking for the updates, they sent a response saying that they will get back to me soon checking with WestJet and it has been more than 3 weeks. They are not responding to my email, neither their phone lines are accessible. And above all, when I checked the booking at WestJet Website, it says that our booking cannot be found.

I have already informed the higher authorities and they are doing the investigation of this company and soon they will learn there lesson.

I opted for their service through
Farecompare and thought that they would be a legitimate business. I payed the fee, but did not receive my e-ticket until I CALLED. The ticket was then issued on Feb 3rd 2025. All seemed well until I decided to check the booking information again. Only for the information to not be present. I called Air Canada to inquire, and the agent told me that the process was in the system, but cancelled afterwards.

I called Trave again on the 10th of February 2025 to cancel and refund my money. Their agent told the money would be back into my account with 7-14 days, but DID NOT issues me a refund receipt. I have given them 14 BUSINESS DAYS for the money to be refunded and nothing. I called AGAIN on January 3rd 2025 for an update on my refund. The Agent informed me that the refund process was not started and he will be starting the process, and send a receipt shortly afterwards. I was told that I would recieve the money within 48 hours. I received the receipt and then warned the agent that if I did not receive my money back, I would get the authorities involved. The agent told me to go ahead. It has been a full 96 hours at the time of me writing this. I'm going to the authorities. And hopefully they can stop this madness. Because it appears to be a common tactic with them.

This company is a joke. My friend flight from the previous post below was today. We tried to check in last night and airline flight was canceled due to fraudulent credit card activity. They didn’t book the flight with credit card I paid with but with different card and change the email. I had to pay height ticket price for a next day flight. DONT USE THIS Company. WILL BE DISPUTING CHARGE WITH MY BACK .

I purchased ticket from Atlanta to Philadelphia for this Saturday March 8th..They charged my card but never sent an itinerary.. well they called me to make sure it wasn’t fraud Cause the ticket was for my friend. Once I told them it was ok, they sent over the confirmation and everything is booked. Great customer service!!! I was afraid from the reviews but they were looking out for me. Thanks. Will use them again.

On 1 Jan 2025. I booked & paid my flight from BKK-LAX. My booking reference number 7987E8 and paid the total trip cost of USD 668.37

On 4 Jan 2025, travealliance reissued the ticket from the reference number 7987E8 to R6CD6G.

On 13 Feb 2025, I checked with the airlines WEBCHAT "there is no itinerary details on your booking". Then, I asked them to refund and they send the refund receipt to me. The reference PAY-A69166FFE9 and they informed me that I will get the money back to my card within 72 hours.

Today 26 Feb 2025, I didn't receive any money back to my card, and tried to contact them but no response.

BOOKING WAS CXLD BY THE AIRLINE DUE TO A FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD USED TO PAY FOR MY RESERVATION AFTER I HAD SENT THEM MY MONEY.

On Dec. 16, 2024 we booked four Air Canada air tickets from Vancouver to Buenos Aires through Trave Alliance LLC with very low and attractive prices. Mr. Steve Williams, customer service manager of the company gave us a wonderful service, effectively helping us solve the ticket number issues. We paid the baggage fee for the air tickets booked. Then Air Canada changed the flights and the new flights won't charge the extra baggage fee. Then Steve helped to get our baggage fee fully refunded. We are very happy and thankful for Steve's great help!

This a serious warning to all travelers the world over.
Do not make use of Trave Alliance LLC, which is based in New York City to do all traveling needs on your behalf. They are a bunch of pathological liars. I don't even think that they are registered with the relevant authorities to trade in the city. The NY Attorney General is currently on the verge of investigating them. The cancellation or blocked a trip without any justification without notifying us we found out on the day of departure what they did and they lied to my bank that i flew with their booking whilst i had to cough up an additional $9400 to fly with United. They are owing me $11,400-45

At first I'm really worried my bank seems like a red flag notice but I still go through for the payment, they send me confirmation after but our tickets didn't arrived after few days I called I can't contact and the next day my daughter called and someone answer our call he said it's take time to process the payment but our booking is ok I can check at the airlines. I read some reviews about scammers I'm really worry because I don't want to upset my daughter that meeting is very important to her
And I can't afford to buy us another new tickets if incase it's a scammed. But thanked God all is good we go and come back to our destination. Thank you very much

Do not use this company they ripped me off and canceled my flight, when I went to check in it was canceled. I’m lucky i called American and thank goodness I was able to get the same flight.
I tried to get a refund but they just kept lying and said they will give me a credit but never did. Let’s get this company to go out of business and stop ripping people off.

They gave me a response to the review but ignore my call saying that they will refund my money back but they actually haven’t, my family and I struggle financially and they just stole all our last savings they are SCAMMERS please avoid.

I purchased a plane ticket for my son. He had some trouble at check-in as his ticket had been “incorrectly designated”. They let him on the plane, but charged him for his bag which was supposed to be included in the price of the ticket. Travel Alliance made this right by refunding the cost of the checked bag. They made this right and I felt they had great customer service.
