I think Trave Alliance is filling this with fake reviews. I have had the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers.

1. First, the transaction was blocked by my credit card: At first the purchase to them was turned down by my credit card company several times. I called the credit card to see if there was a problem and they said that they’ve blocked any transactions to Trave Alliance bc of the number of fraudulent claims made against them.

2. Then, Trave Alliance changed their vendor code to force a payment through: So, a few hours after talking to my credit card company and moving on to looking elsewhere for tickets, I noticed that my card had a transaction go through anyways. I called Trave Alliance and they said that they changed the vendor code in order to make the transaction go through. *facepalm. Well, now I’m in it, so I figure, let’s give them a shot to give me a ticket.

3. Then, no ticket was issued: At first, no ticket is issued. I call back and I inquire about the ticket and they say, “it’ll take such and such time to process.” I call back a while later and they then produced a confirmation number for me. Okay, great! At this point the reservation code showed up in the airline’s application.

4. Then, the reservation provided wasn’t paid for: So, when I reached out to the airline about the flight, they confirmed a reservation but that the ticket hadn’t been paid. I called Trave Alliance back and he said “oh, it takes time. Let me try to get it worked out.” More calls back and forth and eventually I am given two ticket numbers for me and my wife. And, these tickets are showing up in the airlines app.

5. Then, the tickets were paid for, but were immediately canceled and refunded to the agency: So, I go back to the airline and ask about those tickets and they said “those tickets were made but were immediately canceled and refunded due to the credit card used.”

6. Trave Alliance that they will use a different method of payment, but no payment made yet: More back and forth and now Trave Alliance has told me “they will use a different method of payment to the airline to get it to go through.” They said that last night and as of this morning the airline has told me no payment has come through.

7. Playing hard to get now: Right now, I’m now waiting for Trave Alliance to open their business hours to ask them to put payment through. On their website they say 24/7 and over the phone yesterday I was told they are open 24/7, but elsewhere I have seen 9am EST to 7pm EST. Well, it’s 10:15am EST and when I call from my phone I get sent to a voicemail that says “It’s not business hours, but leave a message…” and then it hangs up immediately with no time for a message. I will try my wife’s phone next lol.

In other news, the airline has told me that the agency could cancel and get the tickets refunded at a later date if they wanted to, so I image that is the next tactic! Just book the flight for us for real and then cancel it last minute leaving us stranded, while pocketing the money we paid them.

Oh, one other detail is Trave Alliance upcharged me $70 for adding a carry on to both our tickets. Well, I checked with this particular airline and they have zero ticket offerings that don’t include a carry on. On one of my calls with Trave Alliance I brought this up. At first, the agent deflected. But then, he said “oh, I see, I will get that refund processed for you.” Still haven’t seen that refund come through.

I would stay away. The amount of time lost is way more than the cost of the discount on these tickets.

Final Update:
After this post had gone live, Travealliance started to attempt to contact me again. I had gone back to my credit card company already and described the situation, which they said was fraud. They canceled my card and sent me a new one; they removed the charge; and, they added the new vendor code to the list of codes they block.

After this though, Travealliance posted this response and they did attempt to contact me and did in fact send a refund. HOWEVER, all of this was after HOURS of time spent on the phone with them and eventually having my phone number even be blocked by them.

If you are having a similar experience, please just talk to your credit card company. If you are lucky to enough to have not tried doing business with them yet, then DO NOT.

I've called twice about my tickets being canceled. The first time it was rebooked just to be canceled again. I can't get anyone on the phone to help me. The last person I spoke with told me to allow 24 hours to be rebooked. I waited 48 hours. I was hung up on when I called back to talk with someone. I feel like I was scammed. The airline can't help other than to tell me to contact the travel agency. I will never use this service and advise people to stay far away.

totally scammed . stay away. 100% fraud. I have booked the 4 tickets for my whole family from Calgary to Delhi on the date Dec/16/2024. They charged me cad 6,450. i didn't receive my tickets instead. After trying like hole day calling to them i got someone on the phone who got me a connection from Calgary-Vancouver-HK-Delhi with Cathy Pacific flying date Feb/18/2025. Same airline and same route to come back to Calgary. After one day i have checked with Cathy pacific customer service to reconfirmed my tickets. i got shocked when they said the tickets has been canceled. so i trying to chasing them again and found one another person who booked me a direct ticket from Calgary to Delhi with Air Canada. i was happy with the connection. But, unfortunately same happened again. the tickets has been canceled again on Dec/20/2024. since then i am trying to call them no one picking up the phone the number they have provided like 8668384980. they looted me. they not refunding me my money. i am so disappointed. i feel like i lost Cad 6,450. it was my hardworking money. this is all happened just in last one and half week. so i requested to all of you please stay away. they are fraud.

I recently purchased tickets form trave alliance and i am thrilled with the performance. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable tickets with great experience.
The customer service is outstanding and the team is very responsive and helpful in solving each query they all are very quick to respond i am truly impressed with their service.

This site is a SCAM! Stay away as far as possible. I would give this 0 stars if it would let me. Flight was booked, and a week before the flight, we get a cancellation notice from American Airlines. We got flight credits, but when you go to redeem them, they are credited back as Indian Rupees for a fraction of what we paid for the tickets! When you try to call them, no one ever answers. Stay away, do NOT do business with them.

SCAM - A complete fraud. Booked airline tickets, didn't receive a ticket. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone on the customer service phone number continues to hang up. Emailed was sent a bogus booking code called the airline to confirm code and booking. They had no record of my itinerary. do not use this company. They will take your money and run.

Update: they care more about bad reviews than rectifying the situation. Its been 10 days and my calls to a bogus# just hangs up and my emails gone unanswered…but my bad review generated a quick response… didn't it?

Why are you ignoring your customers? Its all a front folks, just one big scam. Run!

What a horrible, horrible experience with this company. They charged my credit card on November 12th for flights out of Montreal to Fort Lauderdale. The airline stated they forgot to send the birthdates. Numerous calls and hours spend on the phone dealing with these people and only told "don't worry". They lied repeatedly about when they sent the information to the airline and I ended up losing the tickets. Fine then give me my money back. Refund receipt issued on November 19th and here we are today November 30th and still no refund to my card. Despite numerous attempts to call cannot get a hold of anyone. Tried emailing and nothing yet. Literally on a chat right now that has been going on for a good 20 minutes or so as I simply wait. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. It's unlikely I will get resolution to this problem so it will be reported to the credit card company which will initiate an investigation.

There is no way they issued this on November 19th. Yet again another lie from them. I never write reviews even when I have had bad service but I think people need to run not walk away from this third party travel agent.

It’s a fraud! They take your money and cancel your flight completely and if you call them they’ll rebook annd cancel it over and over until the airlines flags your name as a Fraud. Already reported it and filed it at the police and let the airlines know about the fraud under this 3rd party.

Updated basing on their response- this is full of lies, I’ve tried to contact you guys many times the whole day but the number 1-866-838-4980 doesn’t even exist anymore.
I’ve called the airlines and I had to go in person to the airport to be told that the 3rd party was a fraud and I had to oresent my i.D and even talked with the representatives over the phone. The airlines told me that they issued a refund on behalf of this company but it is being refunded to the wrong card that was originally used to purchase the ticket. They’ve released the information of the 3rd party that was rebooking if and none of it match the original booking including the credit card information. Now what? You wanna say that you refunded and release private information to prove you’re not a fraud. How good of you :)

I booked a flight for January 2025 as soon as I put in the credit card info my bank issued a fraud alert. I tried calling but even though the website listed a number and 24/7 service a recording said it was after business hours. It was an automated message and said leave a message but then disconnected the call. I tried chatting but when the rep, who gave a name when I asked, learned that I got a fraud alert and that Delta told me there were no seats available for my flight he stopped talking and no longer responded to my question of "where did you go?" I will come back and post an update tomorrow. So they contacted me today and apologized profusely. The flight I had booked was indeed full but they found another flight for the same price on the same airline. I am now booked and ticketed and confirmed with the airline that I indeed have a ticket. I went from panic thinking I was compromised to now happy that everything turned out ok. I increased the stars rating to 1 to 3. I based this on my entire experience. I will give them another try when I need to book a flight but next time I will book during business hours so if there is an issue I can call to get it resolved immediately. Great follow up
BOY DID I SPEAK TOO SOON!!! MY son went to the airport today and was told there was no ticket in his name! Delta told him it was a fraudulent purchase. He had to buy a ticket at the airport to get home. I called and supposedly they are giving me a refund and apologizing. 7 to 14 days for this to be credited to my account. We shall see and I will update with a final outcome. Today is January 20, 2025. reduced the stars back to 1.
after several hours going back and forth between delta and travel alliance here is the scoop.
travel alliance used their credit card on deltas website to book my ticket. AFTER they got a ticket number as well as a confirmation number they went back in and cancelled the ticket with the refund going back on THEIR credit card. So I never received any notification from delta that the ticket was cancelled and refunded. THAT info when to their email address. So they gave me a delta ticket number as well as a confirmation number. Needless to say never using them again and will be contacting better business as well as an attorney and what ever governmental agencies I need to contact.

Good customer service, process was simple and smooth. Will continue to use this company

I am so impressed with your customer service representative in assisting me today in scheduling my flight to Springfield MO for the holidays. I have had difficulty with two agencies who offered attractive rates only to call back and say these seats were not available because they were promotions no longer available. This was not the case with travelalliance today. Due to the diligence of the respresentative I was able to secure seats at a very good rate and even had the e tickets issued within a brief timel.Thank you again for your fine customer service.
