Trastra account geblokkeerd ???

Na al een paar keer mijn account geblokkeerd te zijn, en ik aan het lijntje gehouden werd, zijn wij allemaal waarschijnlijk onze centen kwijt. Ik heb contact genomen met de politie van Vilnius, en vragen ze mij de nodige documenten door te mailen om een onderzoek op te starten. Inderdaad hebben we te doen, als klanten met een oplichter. Bij mij gaat het over heel meer centen dan 200 euro, en jammer genoeg zal ik mij erbij moeten neerleggen. We hebben al het nodige gedaan, contact optenemen met Trastra, en zij laten niets meer weten, of het is "have a beautiful day". Ik zal dan ook de nodige documenten doorsturen naar de politie, en als meegedupeerde kan u zich aansluiten ten einde die oplichters te straffen.

Hice una transferencia de mi banco a TRASTRA de 5000 euros para comprarXRP llevo mas de 40 dias con el saldo retenido segun ellos por politicas internas q no dicen cuales son.Envio emails me dicen que exolique para que hago este movimiento les digo q para coprar ripple como habia hecho anteriormente con 1500 euros.Vuelven a reenviar varios emails con lo mismo una y otra vez.Marean la perdiz y llevo 40 dias ya asi que voy a hacer la denuncia a la policia.Lejos de esta gente

Il y a 2 semaines modification de mon adresse mail sans mon accord je soupçonne donc une fraude je le dis à TRASTRA qui soit ne me répond absolument pas soit me demande encore et encore les mêmes informations.
Je ne peux pas accéder mon compte, je leur écris une dizaine de mail par jour et rien absolument rien aucune réponse.
Cela est vraiment épuisant

In my experience, this platform is a winner. The free wallets for multiple cryptos are a huge plus, and the exchange rates are fair. I’ve been using it for months, and it’s been smooth sailing. NGL, their EU IBAN feature is a lifesaver for international transfers.

I was one of their oldest clients, they had known me since the time of the first iban. we went through everything, including the fact that he didn't want to check me a second time, the Trastra always behaved as it should until now. From the new year 2025, the same problems. in December they blocked my first payment, I didn't take it as a risk because I had nothing to hide, I sent them all the documents + supporting information. to that, Trastra replied that my deposit was rejected and returned, which surprised me, but I was fine with it, after all, the money will come back and I will send it again. Of course, I asked the department to send me a confirmation of the refund. Of course, they didn't send me anything, after that I received an email 2 days later that they were apologizing and that my deposit was approved and will be credited. so far, they haven't credited it to my account in Trastra, nor have they told me what happened to it. yesterday a friend sent me €140 to my bank account, today I checked that I was going to put the money on my card and the money was rejected. I don't understand why Trastra behaved this way towards its oldest client. you have known me for a couple of years and there has never been a problem until now. it's a shame, I'll have to cancel the account, hopefully Trastra will behave like me and return my money.

e: it is 22.01.2025 and they still haven't solved it. Hands off this company. They owe me 140€ + 57€.. they suspend the account, they don't even say why, they don't even know when they will unblock, where the money is, nothing. it's a band of thieves, I'll contact the ombudsman

They never communicate

Up until a few month ago, they had a card and the service was great. They suddenly stop the card and the worse part is they never communicate anything about it. Just "end of february, your card will not work anymore" and that's it. They never explained anything, they basically thought their users were stupid... Not a great way to manage clients IMHO

Buon conto e servizi, ma spesso richiedono di nuovo il KYC e ti Bloccano il conto, cosa INAMMISSIBILE, inoltre i cambi tra EUR e BTC e ETH hanno uno spread altissimo, MAI VISTO, per lo scambio ti prendono dai 100 ai 200€ per transazione! assurdo.

Unterschlagung meines Guthabens?

seit ca. 2 Jahren bin/war ich Kundin bei Trastra und sehr zufrieden.
Daher habe ich Trastra auch vielen Menschen weiterempfohlen und für diese sogar interne Schulungen veranstaltet.
am 23.Sept.2024 kündigte mit Trastra dann mein account-wahrscheinlich wg zu vieler Transaktionen. Der Grund wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt.
Es dauerte lange, bis ich dann die zu diesem Zeitpinkt auf dem Konto stehenden Werte, Fiat und Krypto bekommen habe. Selbst hatte ich keine Möglichkeit, die Werte zu übertragen, da ich direkt zur Kündigungs Mitteilung keine Verfügungen mehr treffen konnte.
Nun habe ich meine mtl. Zahlung meines Auftraggebers/Arbeitgebers i.H.v. 3.000,00 €:
"(You have received a deposit of 3282.00763 USDT TRC-20 to your USDT TRC-20 •••KHwdsypC wallet.)"
versehentlich noch auf mein Trastra Walltet USDT / TRC20 bekommen.
Dieses wurde am 10.10.24 dort gutgeschrieben.
Seither versuche ich vergebens, mir diesen Betrag, von dem ich meinen Lebensunterhalt bestreite, von Trastra übertragen zu bekommen.
Leider vollkommen vergeblich. Auch der Hinweis, dass ich es für meinen Lebensunterhalt dringend benötige, half bislang nicht.
Meine diversen Anfragen hierzu wurden Anfangs noch beantwortet und nachher gar nicht.
Es kam nur die übliche automatische Bestätigung.
Auch für mich ist bald Weihnachten und so stehe ich jetzt vollkommen mittellos da,
kein Weihnachtsessen und keine Geschenke für mich und meine Kinder. Traurig und beschämend.
Bei einem solchen Geschäftsgebaren kann ich Trastra auf gar keinen Fall mehr weiterempfehlen.
Nun frage ich mich sogar, ob Trastra ZAHLUNGSUNFÄHIG ist od. wird.
Noch diese Woche werde ich – auf Kosten von Trastra- juristische Schritte einleiten.
Ich bin nicht nur sehr verärgert, sondern auch sehr traurig über diese Entwicklung und die Aussicht, auf ein – nicht fröhliches- Weihnachtsfest.
Schäme mich vor meinen Kindern
