Called last week about my fridge not working. The lady’s told me she would have someone out in the next or two. Didn’t hear anything so I called & now they say I have to wait another week! Absolutely ridiculous!

Pre-sales support was very fast and they solved all my queries. The ordering process is completely automated and very easy. The reseller program is one of the best that I have come across so far!

useless, been waiting 13 days for a simple part install. The part is commonly available from numerous local part suppliers.(confirmed)

Initial contact with this company was Jan. 16 for service in a dishwasher. The repair man came 3 weeks later but after 1 use the dishwasher still had the same problem. I received another appointment time, booked off work again only to be told the day of service that the tech wasn't coming because the part wasn't in.
I am on the list for 2 weeks from now with another appointment in which I need another half day off....
How can they really call this a "simple worry free solution?"
Just be aware that you may have warranty but you will definitely be waiting for service!

The Trans Global Service Technician Doug showed up on time to install a dishwasher. The service was done in a very professional and timely matter. He tested the unit after installation and took the time to explain how to use my new dishwasher. A job well done.

It has been nothing but disaster dealing with Transglobal and their dishwasher technicians. Originally, I placed a call Feb 2019 for the control panel change in my dishwasher. Since then, I have taken over 6 days off from work (Vacation lost) for the technicians to come and in the process, they broke the door (Seal and other parts). Multiple technicians have come with different opinions. Bottom line after a year of waiting and 6 days taken off my vacation pay, they have given up and they are not fixing the dishwasher that they broke themselves. Meanwhile I have paid for this service for the last 10 years and when it comes to use the service to repair my dishwasher they fail to do it. They come in break my dishwasher and then they tell me they can not fix it. They don’t even deserve a 1 start. Worst company to deal with. They are not accountable for their mistake. I have asked them to put themselves in my shoe for a year no service meanwhile they have been taking the monthly payments promptly from the account. I will be contacting the Global TV to report this and hopefully more people become aware of how Transglobal works and treats their paying clients.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. I would actually base my next appliance purchase on who the warranty company uses for repairs. Terrible communication on their behalf and extremely slow with no regard for the customer. It's unbelievable really that this company exists. I'm amidst a repair and maybe this review will extend things even further but oh well. There was an appointment booked for today and they've since bailed saying there wasn't an appointment. Riiiiight, because I just imagined getting that booked and shuffling my day to be home if there wasn't one. Do your research people, try to avoid this company if you can.

I was lucky to get Anil Verma and Apaulo to fix my ice maker in my Samsung fridge. They respected my time and my property, very efficient and clean work, as professional as it gets.

If you have these 2 show up to do work, rest assured they will do a great job. 5 STARS!

Frank from Kitchener-Waterloo came to fix our dishwasher - He was amazing!!! Our dishwasher had been inoperable since March 2019 -- Frank was the only technician to actually listen to our concern. For months there was an extreme electrical burning smell 15min after the dishwasher began a cycle. We kept having to turn it off in fear of starting a fire. Frank was the first technician to identify the problem - He took the necessary time to investigate what was going on and led us to a solution. Thank you Frank -- you went over and above the call to duty and our family is so grateful for your diligent service.

Failed to call or show up to do the repair on my dishwasher as they scheduled. I had to contact them only to find out that the repair was scheduled for a different. Great timing just before Christmas l, it not like it is completely inconvenient for me.

Jared did a top notch job of the removal and of the old dishwasher and install of the new one. No problems. No worries. Very efficient and the dog liked him so he was OK with all of us. Arrived on time and the install was complete before I even noticed.
We will definitely be keeping the Trans Global name on our list of preferred service suppliers.
Thanks Jared for taking away the pain.

We purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Home Depot, with an extended 5 year warranty about two years ago. Just past two years it stopped working. Looked up the model and found a whole forum with about 50 consumers who purchased the same model with similar problems. We ended up with transglobal coming to our residence for repair. Our first apppointnent was May 8 2019 and almost 4 months and 8 visits later our dishwasher is still unusable and it's becoming even more difficult to get answers from customer service. They have replaced every external part but insist it can still be fixed??! Every visit concludes with either another part had to be replaced or they ordered the wrong part. My mothers arthritis has gotten really bad and is getting worse washing the dishes. That's why we bought her the dishwasher in the first place! Now It's August 22, no dishwasher, no response from anyone since our last appointment on August 13 and today trying to call, we were given the runaround once again. So fustrated with all of this! I'll never purchase another Samsung appliance. No help from Home Depot either!! Terrible service.

The worst appliance repair company with unprofessional technician and call center staff. Here is my experience with them. I bought a fridge from the Brick 5 years ago and the warrant expired few months ago and now the fridge is not cooling anymore. So i called the Brick for repair service and apparently they are out sourced to trans global. It was 3 weeks ago my first call, they requested to pay $100 plus tax by credit card over the phone just for initial inspection. No excuse you have to pay it before they can schedule you for a technician. So i paid initial cost just to get someone come asap. On the day of appointment, without mentioning the unprofessional attitude from the technician, within 15mins upon arrival the first technician changed a part and charged me both parts and labor then left and without double confirm the fridge is properly working. This is the ecaxtly word he said before he took off "dont open the fridge, it takes 12 hr to cool. So call us tomorrow if its not working". The next day it's still not cool at all. So i contact them again to complain and need a correct diagnostic, it took a week before they send me 2nd technician and after the inspection he concluded the other part is broken. This is unacceptable its been almost 4 weeks without a fridge and a proper technician should give the correct diagnosis on the first visit. I request then to refund the charge from the first unprofessional technician due to replacing a wrong part and they have been ignoring me every time i call them. The call staff cant help and the manager told me they'll have to contact the shop but have not got any reaponse yet, i called again now im getting another delay due to the call staff cant escalate it on the spot. I have to wait for their response again! So please do not ever choose them for your repair!!!

This morning Mike Jaggi came to the house to service my washer as the rinse cycle would not work. He pulled the knob to start the machine and said I know what your problem is. He reached over and turned on the cold water tap to the washer. It was not me, but someone (I've have a few service maintenance guys in) and someone accidentally turned off the cold water tap. Mike did not charge me for this 1 minute service call for which I am very thankful for. So for anyone out there, if your machine stops, listen for a hum. It could be that no water is going to your machine. Thank you Mike Jaggi and I will certainly call on you again if something more serious comes up.

Desmond repaired my dishwasher as we needed to order a part and the service was rescheduled very quickly and efficiently. It only took a short time to order part and rescheduling of appointment. I was real happy with the service. 5 Start rating! The most important piece was when he called me there was no caller block id and I was able to call him back quickly. This is awesome customer service! I want him to repair my appliances going forward!

Absolutely terrible company, do not use them. They do not complete orders they sign off on order and close them without repairs, and then require you to request another repair order through the warranty company so that they can get paid again for the same issue they originally did not fix. Absolutely terrible, do not use. Customer service is horrible!
