Terrible service

Terrible service. I have been waiting 7 months for my cooktop to be repaired. They have tried several times and didn't have the proper parts or the technician arrives and sees the brand and leaves because he doesn't know how to fix that particular cooktop. We provided make and model prior to any visits. They almost fixed it once but then broke the glass top. Cannot get a timelines on material delivery. I hope to never need them again.

Transglobal service is not what they…

Transglobal service is not what they project on their website. They are not equipped to handle any customer concerns. They put human puppets on phone who are worse than automated messages and cannot help you other than reading out online status of your service. It is the poorest of customer service that I have ever experienced. My fridge broke down 1.5 years after buying it new. Had extended warranty through Transglobal and it has been over 2 weeks in the heat of the summer with two small kids at home for the summer and we do not have a fridge. They cannot source the parts and 3 parts are required to repair the fridge and each part is arriving to them in piece mail. So you can imagine what kind of a global company they are.
I took a quote from an independent repaid tech and he said he would get my fridge up and running in 1 week.
So sad cheating so many customers and putting them through so much stress and headache.

I contacted Trans Global while away…

I contacted Trans Global while away from home and they said to write to Comerco about my toploading GE washing machine on which I'd taken the extended warranty. Belaty (service supplier in Vancouver) arrived June 3 and said the error codes showed the door wasn't locking properly. The returned with the appropriate parts but the machine wouldn't start so they ordered a new motor. Without a washer since June 1, I'd like to know when the motor will arrive, i.e.. improved communication. I have sourcee a new motor myself from Easy Appliance Parts back East available to be dispatched that day, cost $125.40 & have e-mailed TG offering to pay for this myself, also calling their #1- 877-930-6396 to try & discover when THEIR motor might arrive. - this tel.# had a 'technical error' when I tried.
I bought the GE washer at Rona and find the Trans Global Service inadequate despite the COVID trouble with supply lines. I intend to write to General Electric to discourage them to sell through Rona (now Lowes?) or at the very least not to use Trans Global for their extended warranty service.

Horrible repair service

Terrible service. 3 times they have come to fix a little plastic clip on my brand new dishwasher and wrong part every time but they still put it in and now the door doesn't even close and they left confident that it was repaired correctly. Don't worry we can come back again in a couple of weeks.

Jekyll and Hyde

I'm midway through getting a circuit relay replaced on my freezer. The diagnosis is done, and the part on order. This was done by Mike, who was friendly, thorough and very competent.
On the other hand, there is TG's abysmally bad customer service department I have spent over one hour on the phone on hold. First, to schedule the service. They were supposed to contact me about this after Frigidaire gave the the work order. Then, Mike told me to call them in 2 days, if they hadn't called me, to find out when the part was coming and to schedule the repair. I waited 4 days, 25 minutes on hold, and was told it was coming 2 weeks ago. I pointed out that this couldn't be and was told, oh, yeah, it's on order and will be here in 3 weeks. When I asked why TG couldn't do their customers the courtesy of letting the know about the delivery schedule rather than making us call them (and waste almost 1/2 hour on hold), the woman said "we can't be bothered" and hung up on me.
To sum up, the technician was first class, TG customer support are chronic ***holes.

Bad service

Contacted trans global to repair my Samsung Dryer on 2021-11-15, they said they would have someone show up on 2021-11-17. No one showed up. Contacted them again, they said they would have a repair person come in 2021-12-01. No one showed up. Contacted their phone line multiple times, representatives are useless. My dryer still isn’t fixed and calling them is basically futile. Worst service I have ever experienced, even worse then Canadian telecoms. Trans global you have outdone yourself.

Trans Global Excellence

Trans Global, unlike Platinum Appliance, was able to diagnose, and at last resolve my dishwasher issues; their technicians are just the best; discreet, professional, POLITE and expeditious in my repair. Not all machines are created equally; nor are repair services. Thank you Global and my wonderful technicians. YOU SOLVED MY PROBLEM!!! AND, now I have a dishwasher for Christmas! YAY!!!!!

If I could give a negative 5

If I could give a negative 5; that would be my rating. I'm appalled to give a 1*. Worst customer service ever. After over a month of damaged flooring I get a hold of a "supervisor" who basically told me that it was my fault that my flooring around my dishwasher is damaged; He advised that a leaky valve was the reason why and that it gets water from the supply line. I asked why I was not asked to turn the water off and was told there was no way to know it would leak......... the "supervisor" was answering my questions like he was reading from a text book and just kept saying that his techs would admit responsibility and that they have determined it was not their fault and that I would need to claim through my insurance.

Long story short. Use this warranty work if your looking for a company that takes no responsibility.

Awful

Awful. If I could give negative stars I would. Tech simply doesn’t show up. No call. Excuses. Call the hotline. Average wait is 25 minutes. Reschedule reschedule and still hand washing dishes. Customer service tried to help but when I vented she made it worse by being high and mighty. Just learn to listen and this is how you deal with irate customers. Pushing back is really a terrible tactic. I had to hang up on her. First thing I’ll verify when we buy new appliances is who does the warranty work. Absolutely the worst service ever. Avoid if you value your sanity.

Run to the hills.

If this tool had zero star they would get it.

I have been waiting for a month for them to come. Service is terrible, their customer contact people are rude, the technicans show up and say I need another part and leave.

They keep then closing my ticket and say go open a new ticket. Aweful.

Kevin Amaro repaired our new…

Kevin Amaro repaired our new refrigerator today. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. The technician called in advance to let us know he was on the way and was on time. The repair was completed completely to our satisfaction and I would recommend his services. Patiently and politely Kevin explained the repair process. In addition, Kevin mentioned I could buy a warranty package which I ordered. Way to Go Transglobal Services!

Excellent repair man

The repairman (stove under warranty) was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He would get 6 stars. The service lost 1 star because the advance time frame was between 8 am and 4 pm. I would have appreciated at least am or pm notification.

Worst Company Anywhere

I am only giving these guys one star because there is no option to give a zero. They were hired to repair our dishwasher and came to our house and severely damaged our property. They took no responsibility for what happened despite all the evidence we provided and are impossible to reach. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They are scam artists.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Dealing with TransGlobal was extremely frustrating. I never received any call backs from them. I would never deal with them unless forced to, as in our case, because of a guarantee. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Extremely poor service. Horrendous!

Bad-bad Experience with Transglobal Service TASCO ComerCo and Whirlppol

Bad-bad, very bad experience dealing with #TransGlobal_Services – I have #Whirlpool high-end washer and dryer bought from #TASCO – they are still under warranty. Steam dry function with caused water dripping from #WhirlpoolDryer – laundry room and bedroom beside were flooded with the water, we called #TASCO warranty - #TASCO has outsourced Warranty to #Comerco and #Comerco outsourced it to #Transglobal_Services
June 25, 2021 – a technician came to diagnostic the issue – a inlet valve was causing water dripping Part ID W10815373 (Inlet Valve) replacement need to fix the issue.
Then tiring, frustrated and sleepless follow-up journey started with #Comerco and #Transglobal – after gross negligence and no accountability what's so ever – part W10815373 was order on July 7th 2021 (after almost 10 business days), now #TransGlobal_Service is saying this part is on back order with NO ETA. That part is easily available on Amazon and various other parts dealer, but as I type this review frustrating – our Washer and Dryers are not fixed yet for over 3 weeks yet.
One of the employee (Olga) at #Transglobal Service – to be blunt about your case, that this part is not available even #Whirlpool needs to manufacture it and once this is manufactured, we will send a technician to fix this; well I asked to my-self, seriously? Look at the answer we are getting
All good reviews for #TransGlobal_Services or #Whirlpool or #TASCO or #Comerco are fake and paid review – this big corporation don’t care for their customers or their sentiments – buying high-end appliances meaning you're buying good sentiments, value and something we feel proud for but this small bad customer service ruin everything –

Buy from the Brick

Brick tells you have to take insurance for 30 days and it free to cancel. by the time you get the paperwork and cancel the 30 days is long gone and you have to pay at least the first month charges. very expensive

Terrible company to work with

Terrible company to work with. Only reason why I was trying to get service from them, is because we bought a extended warranty from Lowe's. First time we had a problem with our dryer, they mixed up my appointment and had to reschedule since the technician they first assigned was not for my area. Second time I called, I placed a call for both my washer and dryer, but told me two different technicians were scheduled, so they couldn't be scheduled for the same day. I told them to make sure they got the right technician as I told them what happened the last time. This time when the two appointments came up, no one phoned and no one showed up. I sent an email asking what happened. They phoned back the next day and told me the that both technicians they had scheduled were not for my area. But no one bothered to tell me before hand, so I had to wait both days for nothing. I would never use this company if I had a choice and no one should as they have the worst company service that I have ever encountered.

This is a treble company

This is a treble company. The only reason I'm dealing with them is my appliances were purchased through CAS and they offered a discount on the warranty. I had a Samsung gas dryer and a Samsung refrigerator that needed service. After submitting a claim with W3 Solutions for the appliances it took a week to hear from Trans Global to schedule the service call, absolutely treble service. Trans Global sent a technician who could not fix the dryer because he was not qualified to repair the gas dryers and told me the fridge was because the coils on the fridge were dirty (not the issue at all). So I called Trans Global to find out the status of the repairs a few days later to find both cases were closed. I had to submit a claim again with W3 Solution to open them again and again another week before hearing from Trans Global to schedule the repair. After 3 weeks the dryer finally got repaired. The fridge well it is now more than 3 weeks and the service now stopped the fridge from working at all. Nobody calls you or updates you on the status, EVER!!!
ABSOLUTLY TREBLE!!! NEVER AGAIN. I'll forgo my warranty to avoid this crap.
