My fridge is warm - no help for 15 days more

My fridge is warm. I can't keep milk or eggs or anything cold. My warranty is good until Nov. Today is April 25. They won't send me a repair person until May 10. My food is going bad - so expensive to waste! Had I known I was entering into a warranty with such a horrible company, I would NOT have purchased my fridge at Leon's (shame on you for dealing with such a company), and I would've avoided the warranty!

Greatly dissatisfied with scammers!

Your company told me my deposit would be returned if the pieces for my oven wouldn’t be available, it wasn’t! Since you had the make, model and serial number to check for the item required there shouldn’t have been a service call at all. If an independent was able to immediately tell me the pieces were unavailable at the time, I believe a company like yours would have also known without scamming the client and keeping the deposit!!! You’re just thieves! BTW I did find the item required, on special order, which I’m sure, if you were reliable, I would have had that option!

Washing machine not repaired for weeks

Washing machine not repaired for weeks, can’t get a strait answer on when it will be repaired. No one calls you back.
Getting the run around between Transglobal and the company they contracted to do the repairs.
Won’t use this company anymore!

I bought a bed at sleep country and the sales person warned me that when I signed up for the flexiti account that Transglobal (Fexiti ‘s Insurance company)asked the question whether I wanted insurance for my bed. I had to click yes or a no to it. I pressed NO! The sales person saw and my husband saw me do it. And still there staying at the bill of sale that I had pressed yes to insurance I did not ask for. They stole over $1700! I don’t know how they could do this. They say they’re looking into it but I haven’t heard anything in weeks. Do not use flexiti or trans global they are the worst!!!!!

Great service from Jesse

I had Jesse, the most wonderful young man, come to my house in Mono to fix my Samsung double oven wall unit. It turned out that it was working fine and it was his outside the box thinking that figured out what I’d done wrong. He was so nice and efficient and spent time educating me about my oven, the temperature settings and time clock. I am so glad I got my warranty. So far I find it to be total peace of mind.

This is cheating service..they should…

This is cheating service..they should stop selling the extended warranty. Hours after hours you have to wait just to get some one to make a request for repair!!!!
King and state do not care about you and me when we need service.. then why you sell warranty? Simple stop cheating the people .
My dryer broke down over a month, I tried my level best by calling and submit claim by on line how they want it but no one call back .. what’s going on? Still I’m trying.. LEONS sold me the extended warranty..refer to king and state.. none of them care about the customer..It’s not a good to buy extended warranty from them.

My fridge stopped working in April…

My fridge stopped working in April 2022! That's 8 months with out a working fridge people! Last time I saw the technician was in July! He came with the wrong part and then reported the Service completed! I had to start over! Transglobal finally got a hold of the part in October! I've been given several appointments since but no one shows up or calls or texts! Please just come and fix it!!! Totally unexceptable!

Good service

We have our washer/dryer combo under warranty. Submitting a claim for repair online is very easy, we got an email back within a day with an appointment for a tech to come fix our issue. We ended up needing new parts for our washer, our tech ordered the parts and called us back once they arrived. Our washer was fixed the same week the parts came.

Thank you to our tech Tony for such great service!

Horrible service

Horrible service. I have a tenant without a washer for over one month. I cannot reach anyone to find out the status. They said it would be repaired but that was 3 weeks ago!

Horrible service and there are no ways to speak directly to the repairman.
All I wanted is to have a proper estimate to submit to my credit card insurance company. I got an incomplete estimate. I left 2 messages to the central office and sent requests for a call back through their website, but no one never called back.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever.
Anil broke my dryer and didn’t come to fix it when we informed him 5 minutes later… he told us to get another appointment… after waiting for 2 months for him to come fix.. errr I mean break it. Don’t use this service.

They have a v bad customer service they are not reliable and they won’t call you on arrival . I was the one following up with them had to call few times to remind them to schedule and appointment on the day they schedule the appointment the technicians didn’t showed up .

Excellent Customer Service we received from Tom H.
in Prince George, BC at The Brick. He explained everything we wanted to know about our new mattress. We liked the time he spent with us no rush whatsoever. Good Work Tom keep up the good work you will go far.

Be aware that when you go in to buy…

Be aware that when you go in to buy appliances at the Brick or Leon’s that you automatically get this trans global insurance added in. If I could put a zero to rate this I would.
So if you don’t
A) know you have this added in
B) you don’t cancel it
You’re going to be paying for this scam!
Tried to talk to trans global and basically told that I’m screwed for not reading the form.
Just be aware cause everyone out there is trying to scam you out of money when you don’t even realize it’s happening.
I will be posting this elsewhere so buyers are aware.

Untrustworthy Bandits.

Untrustworthy Bandits.
Sent three different parcels on three different dates. They used DPD (another bunch of bandits) to collect the parcels each time. All three parcels mysteriously went missing.
Paltry compensation offered by DPD but I am down £300. And they do not give a flying fig.
On this showing there are at least three of their drivers who are thieves and I strongly recommend you do NOT use DPD or Transglobal.
You think you are saving money but you will eventually be out of pocket.
JUST DONT DO IT.

I’ve been dealing with Trans Global…

I’ve been dealing with Trans Global ever since I got my new Café fridge from the Brick November 2021. I am about to get my third visit from a technician for the same issue I have been having since new. The two times before was from a different repair company. They told me they’re sending someone from Sumo Appliance Repair this 3rd time and they will contact me. I can’t even find them on the Internet

DO NOT GET EXTENDED COVERAGE THROUGH TRANSGLOBAL...
We had a very bad experience with this company and had to escalate the issue to Consumer Ontario. Their technician blew the fuse to my oven, microwave, and kitchen light during the service call and could not get it fixed, left with stranded for days without a functional oven, and also threw the responsibility of arranging and paying for an electrician on us. The management team does not know how to handle these kinds of issues and coach their staff. I have never seen a reputed company resorting to such cheap tactics for money making. No wonder they have bad reviews. Stay away from TRANSGLOBAL for any extended warranty needs, it will not be worth your time.
