Inexperienced and takes MONTHS.
Takes them MONTHS to address the appliance issue and still not fixed. They send tech after tech, every time the fridge is still broken, change compressor, change other parts - still no solution and no working fridge. They do not follow a schedule and do not show up when they say they will. You will wait around ALL day for nothing. The tech’s obviously have zero idea of how to actually fix an appliance. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay far away.

Bought extended warranty of an LG Fridge from Leons - just over 2 years in and compressor fails (after being noisy and complaining about that to no avail) Tech walked in and spent 5 minutes and said yup - bad compressor - I will order one an be back ... That was 2 weeks ago ... STILL NO REPAIRS - NO FRIDGE. Staff are unhelpful and rude ... tech was unsympathetic ... TERRIBLE SERVICE - Called 5 minutes ago to inform me they have the parts and the next available appointment is a WEEK FROM TODAY !!!

Transglobal service the worst Customer service to date. If possible I would give them 0 star.
I bought a new refrigerator from Leon, on may 2021 on March 13 2024 it stopped working and I lost all the food in the fridge and freezer. It's a bummer, but it happens. I'm claiming under my Diamond policy from King & State, purchased from Leon at the outrageous price of $580.
The insurance company opens a claim and uses transglobal (TSGlimtac) service for the warranty. A technician comes to my home on March 15 and declares the compressor is finished; it must be replaced. The insurance compagny did not follow up with me despite two follow-ups call on March 20 and March 25th. On March 26, Transglobal Service via Limtac sent a request for an appointment confirming they received the replacement compressor for my LG Fridge. I waited for the technician all day on the 27th of March according to the confirmed appointment. The technician never show up. Following my complaint to customer service, the employees was very condecent, no apologies, they tell me that there was never an appointment. A supervisor calls me back on the 27th at 7pm to apologize and claims that the technician was injured. Confronted with the fact that other employees have stated that there was no appointment in the file, the supervisor maintains his version. On March 31 Transglobal offered me a new appointment for April 4 2024, the earliest date available. No news from the technician yet I've lost another day's work. When I call Transglobal back they tell me they will email the technician to confirm why he did not show up again and customer service rep hunp up on me will I was telling her this is not acceptable that again I have lost another day at work because I was waiting for the technician at home.
Conclusion: don't buy from Leon, they won't do anything for you. I've tried to let them know that the insurer and the service are below par, but they don't give a damn.
The insurer, King & State, who costs a fortune, takes on the worst customer service to deal with repairs and warranty claims. An internet search shows that Trans Global Service is unanimously below par for service.
Conclusion, Vote with your money, don't buy an extended warranty offer at Léon with (King & State), Diamond policy mean noting no matter how much you pay for it you won't get any service.
Our Maytag oven stopped working
Our Maytag oven stopped working. They came out in two days, replaced the element in the oven within 20 minutes and it's working again. Easy process, quick repair. Very happy.
Still waiting
Waited 2 weeks for service person to listen to the noise my dryer is making and take a photo of the serial number. 2.5 months for parts to arrive. So far, 2 cancelled appointments by service person to actually come and fix it. Still waiting………….
Horrible experience
I deal with businesses every day for work, so I never leave reviews, but this company left me no choice. This was the WORST customer experience I've ever had. I needed a gas dryer fixed. I called them because most local dealers were busy or not licenced for gas. In order to book my appointment with them, I had to put down over $100 as a deposit. I was told as long as I cancelled 24+ hours prior to my appointment, I would get that back. The first scheduled appt, they cancelled because someone was sick (no problem). The second appt, they send someone who's not licenced to work on gas, when I specifically booked them with all my dryer details and the fact I needed them because it was gas. In the meantime, a local company has a spot, so I try to cancel, which was more than 24 hours prior to my appointment. I called to cancel as a follow up to an email. The guy tells me they had already ordered the part, so I wouldn't get my money back. I asked how they ordered a part when nobody had checked my machine to know what was wrong. He proceeded to swear (f word) multiple times and hung up. After I calmed down, I called again and spoke with a much more reasonable lady. She advised me that it made sense that I would get my deposit because all errors were on their end. I was to get a call back later that afternoon. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. Never use this company. They're rude and scam artists.
Everything that could go wrong, did
I received an email from a representative asking me to call them to arrange for my installation. When I called back however nobody answered and I was left on hold for what seemed like forever. Why couldn't the rep just call me in the first place instead of sending an email? Why can't I just dial through to the rep's extension instead of being put in a queue? When I was finally connected to someone, they were so out of it (very slow to respond, difficulty articulating a response, failure to answer questions) that it made me wonder if they were possibly intoxicated.
When the installer did call, it was outside of the window provided by the call centre, further making me question why I had to go through the call centre in the first place.
When the installer arrived, they took one look under the sink and said "nope, I can't do this" citing a plumbing issue. I had asked repeatedly the associate at the store, as well as the rep at the call centre if there was anything that needed to be done beforehand for the install and was assured repeatedly there was not and that the installer could handle whatever was needed.
I now have an uninstalled dishwasher that I've paid nearly $2k for just sitting in the middle of my kitchen taking up space, with no idea what to do next. I feel the company has taken my money and left me in the lurch.

Total nightmare to deal with
Total nightmare to deal with, they never return calls and when you do talk to them they always say they will call back within 12 to 24 hours. I have had to deal with them for over a month to fix my dryer which was under warranty, talk to 5 different people every time I called and only 1 out of the 5 was respectful to deal with. They sent out a guy to fix the dryer he took it apart and said he doesn't see a problem and would call tech support, and would call me back, he never did so I messaged him back and he said they are sending out parts, a week goes by no call back so i call him to get a estimate time when these parts are coming. No call back, he reads my messages but refuses to return them, so what parts did you order if you don't know what the problem is??? Finally frustration sets in and I say heck with it, Get someone in to look at it that has good reviews, they take it apart and low and behold there is a burnt wire that is visible enough for my 4 year old grandson to even see it.
How can you miss this if you are suppose to be a repair man, I say change careers if you cant even see that.
so call trans global back to make this complaint and nothing but excuses saying the repair man only ordered parts yesterday ??? WHAT PARTS ?? when he said nothing is wrong with it. This is over a month ago!!!
Stay clear of this company and General Electric all together they just love to take money and nothing gets done.

Sent an estimate and you had to accept it via phone. I accepted
If over the phone and no call back for 2 weeks. Then 2 weeks later got another estimate with a price increase of 58 dollars with no explanation.

So how did TransGlobal follow up-"Oh, we can get someone there tomorrow!" Wow, amazing how the schedule opens up. But did it really? NOBODY showed up. So then I spoke to a very condescending representative who booked in now for DEC 18th. The Better Business Bureau, TA Appliances, etc. as waiting for a washing machine repair for 4 MONTHS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Dishwasher delivery / install / removal
On Wednesday, November 29th, Abdul from TransGlobal delivered and installed our new Bosch dishwasher from Leon's, first removing and taking away our old one. He was professional, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. As our dishwasher was not plugged in, but wired in, this was no issue and he easily resolved this as part of his visit. Our experience with Abdul was very positive and we highly recommend TransGlobal.

Service 12955373. Paul installed the waterline to connect to our fridge. He suggested a simpler and more efficient eay of installing the waterline compared to what other service providers earler suggested. He was very thorough with the install and provided instructions regarding the use and maintenance of the fridge water dispenser and ice maker.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I'm pushing 60. Called them in early June to get my diswasher fixed. We are now at the end of August and I still don't have a working dishwasher. 3 or 4 technicians visited. Parts were ordered twice. I am still waiting for parts Looks like they are waiting for my warranty to expire. Moroever, it is nearly impossible to reach them. They hand up on you after being on hold for 10-15 minutes. I had to call 4 times to reach them just day becaue the first 3 times, they hung up before anyone ansered. Other times you are told to call back during office hours even though you are calling well within business hours. They also hang up during the call (despite the fact that I am always verypolite). Even when you reach somoeone, you are told that somone will call you back and they don't call you back. I tried to complain to the complaint department only to get an answering machine. Ang guess what? They never called back. NEVER AGAIN!

I need to edit my earlier review of TRANS GLOBAL. After my second needing service from this company, the serviceman was professional courtesy. He has now restored my faith in this company which now will now cause me to purchase a CHEST FREEZER from 1 of the many companies they service contracts with. The only reason they can not get 5 stars is because it took them 2 long to find someone to do a 5 to 10-minute service call.

We had a very poor experience with this company Trans Global Service.The call, messages/texts,take forever to be returned or actually not returned at all, the Technician Oneiko Fray who will give you false information just to get your Money. He charge us $470.00 for Washer and the Ice Maker both appliances was not fixed. They fridge ice maker was not working now it is leaking after he installed the ice maker now the washer also leaking.This company scamming people and the technician is Fraud and Thief. I do not recommend this company to anyone and I will never Serivce my Appliances whit them.

They have standard answer. For everything they need 24 to 48 business hours. They have my refrigerator for repair for almost 45 days now and they don't know where the parts are. As per the office, parts should have been arrived, but technician is fooling around and not confirming the receipt.
Nobody cares what customer is facing and every time you call them, they have nothing to share with Customer other than please call back after 24 to 48 hours.
I have already filed a complaint against them with BBB. This type of business should not be allowed to run at all.

Mike their technician is awesome. As for the company, I have never dealt with a company as slow, as incompetent, and as frustrating to try and deal with as this company. They never return your calls, nobody knows anything, and if you ask a pointed question you get told "we can't tell you that".
