Disappointed in delays
I placed my order, based on the number of days my transfers usually ship, only to have it held up by my artwork being questioned. I had to have these in hand a day sooner than I received them. When I called about them, I was told that they were worried that some of the smaller details would get lost when pressed and that they suggested a different way of printing them, that would require a proof that would take 1-2 days more or flood the back with a solid color. These transfers were quoted based on a 1 color screen printed transfer and they were going on several different colors of shirts, so none of the suggestions would have worked and I said print them as I had ordered them and they said okay but couldn’t guarantee good results. I said that’s fine, just get them printed because at this point I needed them in hand ASAP!

Poor quaility and consistency
Quality and consistency have gone downhill.
I printed the exact same logo for three different orders. The first transfer wouldn't stick to the carrier sheet, the second was fine, and the third cut off some letters. The fact that the same file can produce three different results says everything.
On top of that, every order I've placed over the last few months has had some kind of issue. I wasn't dealing with these problems several months ago.
Customer support has gotten just as bad, they take weeks to respond and even longer to resolve anything. I reached out to their "Resolution Center" when this first happened. As of today (7/21), a month and a half later they have finally closed out the resolution. Unacceptable.

What we received for $65 ($80 with tax…
What we received for $65 ($80 with tax + shipping) was scant at best. I have received better free packs from many other companies. I was expecting a whole series of samples to try with my heat press and my hat press. I received three full size samples. That's it. Plus two shirts, a tote and a mouse pad. What I received I could have put together for half the price.

The quality on their screen print…
The quality on their screen print transfers is not consistent. I needed around 200 shirts out by 4th of july and 4 different orders had faulty transfers. They are in the process of fixing an issue I had with a previous order. Their resolution time takes too long, and they offer no discounts for the inconvenience. If you ship the orders back, you pay for the shipping. And if you have over 2 garments damaged from faulty transfers, tough luck, they only cover 2!

Quantity incorrect on a rush order
I ordered 180 one color transfers. I received four packs, 3 were labeled with a quantity of 50 and one was labeled with a quantity of 31. The pack labeled with 31 had 13 transfers! I'm now short 17 transfers for a job that is due tomorrow!!! This CANNOT happen.

Called in to get help on some defective…
Called in to get help on some defective prints but was left with nothing but crying on the phone. not only did the tech not be clear with me straight forward about being outside of the "warranty" window for prints, I was on the phone with them for over an hour just explaining everything over and over again. so now I have not only an expensive paper weight (broken hotronix heat press), but also very expensive paper.. (unusable hot split prints) Left today bawling on the phone.
