The product we received was defective and damaged a couple of our uniforms. Called Transfer Express, and they gave nothing but excuses. I need to send the entire order back (at my expense) to get a resolution. After this bad review, I received a call from Transfer Express, and after that, I wish I could give 0 stars; they are awful, and they don't care about customers. The good thing is, there are other transfer options.

Great Products and So Helpful!
We have had such a great experience with Transfer Express! We love their products and have always been really happy with the quality.
One of my favorite things about Transfer Express is their YouTube videos. They don’t just show you how to use their products—they give you so many helpful tips and tricks along the way. They even have videos with advice for starting and growing a T-shirt printing business, which I have found really helpful.
I really appreciate that they take the time to teach their customers and help you get the best results instead of just selling you a product and leaving you to figure it out on your own. We have been very pleased with Transfer Express and will definitely continue using them!

0/10 — DO NOT RECOMMEND Transfer Express Goof Proof Transfers
We purchased **600 sheets with 2 designs per sheet — 1,200 Goof Proof transfers total** from Transfer Express for a large customer order. Unfortunately, the transfers completely failed.
And before anyone assumes this was a heat press/application issue: **the test fabric that Transfer Express sent us, with the transfer applied by THEIR OWN production team, failed too.** Before that test fabric was ever washed, you could literally scratch the design with your fingernail and the print would come off.
We produced approximately **800 shirts for a company event**, and around **150 shirts were sold at the event before we discovered the problem.** The designs began coming off **after the FIRST WASH.**
Talk about an absolute nightmare for a print shop.
We immediately stopped once we realized what was happening, but the damage was already done. We have had to deal with **reproducing shirts, refunding customers, the embarrassment of having our customer receive a defective product, and the time and labor involved in trying to make the situation right.**
On top of that, we are now stuck with approximately **250 additional transfers that we cannot use or sell because we have zero confidence in the product.**
This wasn't a couple of bad shirts. This was a **large-scale failure on a 1,200-transfer order** that has cost our business real money, labor, materials, and most importantly, put OUR reputation with our customer on the line.
When you are a professional print shop, you rely on your suppliers to provide products you can confidently put your business name behind. When their product fails, **we are the ones standing face-to-face with the customer taking responsibility for it.**
The fact that **Transfer Express's own production-applied sample could be scratched off before it was even washed** says everything I need to say about the issue we experienced.
This order has turned into an extremely expensive nightmare for our business.
**0/10. I would not recommend these transfers, especially for another print shop trusting them with a large customer order.**

At order time I was told it qualified for free perforation but that didn't happen. Otherwise happy with the results.
