Product did not work
Product did not work. Spent 3 hours on phone trying to get help and nobody couldn’t help me. Now they keep calling me after I put in reviews on how I was treated. Horrible never purchase from them. Glad there are a lot of options to choose from out there.

Goofproof Premium Leaves Glue Outline
The goofproof premium product leaves glue around the graphic when you press it. So essentially you get a "halo" effect around the entire graphic. We contacted Transfer Express and they confirmed this is standard with their goofproof premium product and there is nothing they can do about it.

I absolutely love your company and the people working there. But, lately there has been a shift in professionalism. Employees are now rushed and less caring than they used to be. Some of them have been short on the telephone and not willing to go the extra mile like they ALWAYS used to. Maybe new policies have been handed down from management, but now I dread calling for assistance. Alina Rusu always gives the best customer care - she is professional and consistent with her help. Please be more like her and go back to the customer care that you used to have.
