I have a disability and was struggling…

I have a disability and was struggling to get to the bus. The driver waited til the very last second and closed the door less than a couple of inches off my face and laughed as he drove off leaving me waiting an extra hour in the freezing cold. Tried to call in and complain and got told there was nothing they could do about it and no action would be taken so I guess Transdev have absolutely no standards whatsoever as to how their drivers treat their customers.

Horrible (non-existent) customer service

I had an issue with the tap on tap off machine on one of the Harrogate Bus Company buses and was charged twice. I contacted Harrogate Bus Company and was then referred to email Transdev customer services to resolve any ticketing issue. It has been 22 days and I have heard absolutely nothing.

Asks photo of your face to buy £2 ticket

Why on earth does a £2 bus ticket require me to upload a photo of my face? Their website and app are poorly designed, both in terms of user interface and privacy. There's no option to delete your account, and the website doesn’t comply with regulations requiring the display of the company address and registration number. Any security vulnerability on their site could lead to my entire identity being stolen, and I wouldn't trust this suspiciously cheap-looking website. After some web searching, I found out you can pay with cash on the bus, so don't bother with the app or their website.

B1 just Didn't Appear

Waited 25 minutes for the B1 from Stanbury to Keighley to appear, after the App had shown that it would be on time, only for it to never show up or even say that it existed - the App kept saying that the B1 bus service didn't exist in the tracking function, and it didn't show any amendments/corrections that the bus would be late.

I waited for the 14_45 keighley bus…

I waited for the 14_45 keighley bus from colne Munich,after the bus was 30 minutes late, I went home. This bus service is a disgrace,it happens regularly, it's about time they had someone in charge who knew how to run a public service.

wating for the 662 down to stockbridge…

wating for the 662 down to stockbridge are cancelled and as some of you may or may not know but the 662 always takes it time as one morning on my way to work there 4 buses that was cancelled and there k4 662 662 and 662 and then i would like to complain as there are alsao cramped and you have to stand on them so i think as from now we should put 662 on all the double deckers we have here at keighley and scrap the blue ones as there are nakered. the keighley bus company was on about scrapping the blue buses and putting them on electric but no there havent even been able to do that

SO PLEASE KEIGHLEY BUS COMPANY GET THE 662 BUSES ON DIUBLE DECKERS

Cancelled & inadequate service

Often adequate & some good drivers but too many times I have been left in difficult situations due to lack of services or incompetency, & apathy, occasionally rudeness from staff when complain. Example:-
Only last night, going to theatre in Bingley - ticket booked, journey planned - bus from Keighley bus station 18.55, supposed to take around 15 minutes, perfect for getting their for 7.30 curtain-up. Arrived at station in good time, looked at screen, CANCELLED! No word of apology or explanation to accompany on screen. Clerk at window pointed out 19.10 to Leeds, this was my only option. 14 minutes to Bingley, should there be a bit of heavy traffic or a wheelchair user getting on/off, my evening would have been stuffed! Thank goodness for the taxi around the corner, but cost me £7.50 - thanks for that, Transdev, don't think I'll be able to claim back as no proof was going to get bus. Only glad I didn't get K Day on bus to station, as was thinking of doing. And there's more - arrived back at Keighley 10.30pm, intending to get on local service to my area, 3 different services on my route so thought this would be quite straight-forward even at this hour - saw I had to wait 29 minutes. I can walk it in 25! After weighing up my options, including spending more money I can't afford on taxis, I decided to do just that. At least I saved the £1 fare. I could give lots for examples of personal experiences that illustrate this kind of thing & apathy when challenged but I think I'd be here all night. I can only say, Transdev, if you care about your customers, including issues such as women's safety & making the use of public transport a viable option for people, then you really must get your act together!

Low Calibre Administration Staff at Transdev.

As a regular user of The Transdev, Harrogate Bus Co. X98 service I must stress that the drivers are excellent.

However the administrative staff at Transdev, does not match the high calibre of their drivers.

Some time ago, I made some very constructive suggestions.
One of these was to mention that users found their app difficult to navigate, and that maybe it would be a good idea to place leaflets on the buses clearly giving instructions on how to use their app.
Elderly people find the app's use challenging.

I am sorry to relate that Transdev have not replied to my constructive suggestions.

Today I attempted to phone Transdev on their 01422 number.
I was invited to leave a message; only to then be told that the message box was full.
This has previously occurred numerous times with Transdev.
How useless is that?

I have today re-submitted my constructive suggestions to Transdev.
I wonder if this time I shall receive a response and a comment to
my review.

Problems with the new App

The bus service I use (66) is generally very good although delays occur when there are only 3 buses in service on this route. My main complaint is with the new Transdev App. It is nowhere near as intuitive and user friendly for joining up bus tracking with bus stops and identifying which bus is moving when more than one service share part of a route. In my case the M4 Keighley to Burnley. The different colour scheme for bus companies was much more helpful on the previous App. I hope improvements are made in response to user feedback

Voicemail asks you to leave message and they'll get back to you - and seconds
later announces that voicemail is full!

I am appalled!

My 12 year old cousin was getting on the bus at 9 pm and the bus driver of number seven didn’t let my cousin get on because he had his bike. His chain was broke and a tire popped so he couldn’t get home, the bus driver shut the doors on him as he had his bike and got back home way later than he should’ve because he had to walk all the way home. Not impressed with this bus company or the bus services. I am astonished. No need to fire people, I’m just extremely annoyed with this company. Anything could’ve happened to my little cousin tonight.

Travelling today from Keighley to…

Travelling today from Keighley to Burnley on the 11 20 am your bus driver failed to stop for passengers who clearly had their hands out to stop the bus.Other passengers on the bus were disgusted.Needs a good talking to.Both these incidents happened coming through Colne😡
