Traffic Omdömen 

La nostra esperienza con Traffic Car Rental è stata purtroppo davvero negativa.

Abbiamo prenotato una Jeep 3 porte tramite l’intermediario Ecomobility, con John come nostro referente. La prenotazione è stata effettuata il 12 agosto, quindi con pochissimo preavviso rispetto al nostro arrivo. Nonostante questo, John è stato fin da subito molto disponibile: nel giro di circa 20 minuti ci ha inviato la foto della Jeep disponibile e, dopo averla visionata, abbiamo confermato il noleggio.

All’arrivo in aeroporto, dopo un volo in ritardo e ormai a tarda ora, siamo stati indirizzati presso Traffic Car Rental, appena fuori dall’aeroporto. Ci è stata consegnata effettivamente la Jeep mostrata in fotografia, ma con una differenza tutt’altro che trascurabile: la vettura era completamente priva dei finestrini laterali.

Vista l’ora e la stanchezza del viaggio, inizialmente non abbiamo dato troppo peso alla cosa. Dal giorno successivo, però, ci siamo resi conto che utilizzare l’auto in quelle condizioni era estremamente scomodo e abbiamo iniziato a contattare Traffic Car Rental per trovare una soluzione.

Da quel momento è iniziato il vero problema: comunicazione praticamente inesistente. Spesso non ricevevamo alcuna risposta e riuscivamo ad avere un riscontro solamente dopo aver contattato nuovamente John, che si è sempre dimostrato disponibile nel cercare di aiutarci.

A un certo punto Traffic Car Rental ci comunica di aver trovato un’altra Jeep e ci assicura che ce l’avrebbero portata direttamente in hotel. Abbiamo organizzato la nostra giornata sulla base di questa promessa, perdendo di fatto tempo prezioso della nostra vacanza, ma nessuno si è presentato e nessuno ci ha più aggiornato.

Solo il giorno successivo, e ancora una volta dopo nostre continue insistenze, ci viene comunicato che la Jeep in realtà non era più disponibile. Come alternativa ci propongono una Mercedes Cabrio, chiedendoci peraltro un supplemento rispetto al prezzo della Jeep.

A quel punto, esasperati dalla situazione, abbiamo accettato. La mia ragazza nel frattempo si era anche ammalata e continuare a viaggiare con una Jeep completamente aperta e senza finestrini era diventato insostenibile.

Pensavamo almeno di aver finalmente risolto il problema. Invece, la Mercedes consegnata si è rivelata un’altra enorme delusione: una vettura molto vecchia, indicativamente del 2010, in condizioni decisamente discutibili e con diversi problemi, tra cui il contachilometri non funzionante. Non era assolutamente ciò che ci aspettavamo da una vettura proposta come alternativa con addirittura un sovrapprezzo.

In sintesi: auto iniziale consegnata senza finestrini laterali, assistenza quasi inesistente, promesse di sostituzione non rispettate, tempo perso durante la vacanza e infine una vettura sostitutiva vecchia e problematica, per la quale ci è stato persino richiesto un costo aggiuntivo.

L’unica nota positiva della vicenda è stata John di Ecomobility, che, pur essendo l’intermediario e non il noleggiatore, ha sempre risposto e cercato di trovare una soluzione.

Per quanto riguarda Traffic Car Rental, invece, sulla base della nostra esperienza non posso assolutamente consigliarlo. Una gestione del cliente e del noleggio che considero inaccettabile e che ci ha creato problemi e fatto perdere tempo durante la nostra vacanza.

Personalmente, non noleggerei mai più un’auto da loro.

L'agent a tenté de nous soutirer 50€
supplémentaires suite à notre retard (retard d'avion). Après lui avoir expliqué que ce n'était contractuellement pas correct, il a finit par admettre qu'il essayait de se faire le maximum d'argent en haute saison.

Pas d'état des lieux lorsque nous avons récupéré le véhicule, il nous a simplement été demandé de faire une vidéo.

Lors de la restitution de la voiture, il s'avère qu'une nouvelle rayure sur le pare-chocs a été constatée par le loueur. Il nous a alors retenu 180€ sur la caution sans fournir de justificatif et en admettant qu'il ne sait même pas si des réparations seront effectuées. Depuis, loueur injoignable. Cela nous empêche d'obtenir un remboursement via notre assurance Visa !

En résumé, arnaque et méthodes douteuses, loueur irrespectueux et non professionnel.

Avevamo due prenotazioni a Mykonos, all’arrivo è andato tutto bene, ci sono state date due macchine, una fiat panda abbastanza nuova e una fiat 500 in upgrade perché non ne avevano altre disponibili. Purtroppo il giorno dopo ci hanno mandato una mail dicendo che “NOI ci eravamo dimenticati di dare il numero di telefono e quindi dovevano cambiarci la macchina”, una presa in giro per cambiarci la fiat 500 e darci una seconda fiat Panda molto vecchia e pericolosa che non frenava bene e aveva le gomme completamente lisce. Alle nostre lamentele hanno minacciato di toglierci entrambe le macchine. Mai più, da evitare.

Wir waren im Knossos Royal und die Liebe Mitarbeiterin hat uns super betreut, leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht. Aber sie hat unseren Babyjungen sehr gemocht.
Das Auto war auch super, danke für alles.

Après être passé par un loueur qui voulait me prendre beaucoup plus que prévu, j’ai trouvé chez trafic une dame Élisabeth qui nous a drôlement sorti de la galère, une femme, très gentille, très compréhensive et qui a fait des efforts pour comprendre ma langue vraiment loueur recommandé et si possible, demander Élisabeth

Het moet eigenlijk nog minder zijn wat een service! En veel meer geld af nemen dan dat ze eerst zeggen en daarna een veel lager bedrag geven ik voel me bedonderd door Into Traffic wat een nare rijschool!

Beware of scammers!
I rented a Mercedes from them. They charged me a deposit of 1500 euros. However, they only refunded 1000 euros. They tried to scam me by claiming that I had scratched the car. Fortunately, I always record a video of the car before renting it, and there was already a scratch there. In the end, they admitted it and promised to return the remaining amount, but they never did. At first, they lied that they had made the refund, and then they completely stopped responding. Beware of these scammers. Never rent a car from them because they do not return deposits.

EXCELLENT SERVICE QUE NOUS RECOMMANDONS.
Durant nos vacances en Crête, nous avons loué un véhicule pour nous déplacer. Pas de franchise, pas de caution, 2 avantages qui nous ont conduits à choisir Traffic.
Nous n'oublierons surtout pas l'accueil chaleureux et souriant de KRISTI qui en plus de ses services, nous a conseillé des lieux de visite. En plus, elle parle très bien le français.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce Rent A Car.

Sono stato in vacanza a Creta precisamente Aquila Rithymna beach dove grazie a lei anche se non lavorava con la struttura ma dava un servizio a tutti i clienti della stessa per spostarsi dalla struttura per visitare Creta posti bellissimi vi dico bellissimi con itinerari consigliati dalla mitica Kristi Vogiatzaki

Wir haben eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Traffic gemacht! Kristi ( Unsere Vermieterin ) hat uns super beraten und war sehr sympathisch. Zudem hat sie uns ein nicht zu wiederstehendes Angebot gemacht, wo wir nur zuschlagen konnten. Wir werden es mit Garantie wiederholen. Preis Leistung ist mehr als gut. Danke !

I rented a mini Cooper convertible for a day for a trip to Elafonissi Beach. it was a very nice drive in a very nice new car. we received very nice treatment from Christos from the Agia Marina office. can be highly recommended.

Hello there! Over many years I have rented from numerous car rental companies. However, this ‘one’ is the best. Because, the salesman (Christos) was genuinely, a down to earth ‘people person’ No fluff, bad or arrogant attitude.
He really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Not only with his services but also with the car we selected and drove. We will go directly to Christos the next time we are in the area.

The car we rented was a Fiat Panda. We chose the Panda because it sits higher on the road. We were surprised by its spaciousness & surprises. First surprise was getting into reverse! Second surprise was discovering 6th gear! Third surprise was how well the steering, braking and maneuvering on the road was. Even at higher speeds. Overall, its a ‘nice ride!’

Car was fully okay. Just fine and the car we wished we were able to book. The employee Kristi Vogiatzaki is very kind and helpful, and is multilingual. Very good experience. No tricks. Easy rental.

Totally recommend it. We rent an Hyundai i10 from agency Agia Marina for 6 days between 14.09 and 20.09. It was the perfect choice for us and a good price. Christos was the person from agency who recommend and rented us that car. We was very sattisfied about it.Also he was very helpful for us with advices for our daily trips. He also let us park the car at the airport in the morning when we leave Crete, even though we rented it from another location. So, he is a complete, profesional and a friendly person. It was a pleasure to make deal with him. Overall, a very good price - quality ratio.

I hired an Audi A3 Cabrio for a trip from Chania to Sfakia - Lentas - Heraklion - Chania. The car drove perfectly as one would expect and looked cool. The best part of the service was Christos who delivered the car to my hotel and picked it up at the end of the trip from an apartment in the city. A complete professional and so friendly. He’s a great asset to the company and a pleasure to meet and deal with.
Will certainly use Traffic again.
