EcoMobilo Omdömen

Excellent experience from start to finish.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler for ten days in Crete and it was exactly the car we hoped for, genuinely fun to drive, and spotlessly clean. When the weather forecast changed, John proactively upgraded us to a Sahara, which turned out to be the perfect call.

What really stood out was the service. John answered every question quickly and clearly, before and during the rental. No hidden fees, no surprises at the counter, the price agreed was the price paid. Pick-up at Heraklion airport and the early morning return were both effortless.

If you are renting a car in Crete, this is the place. Highly recommended.

We rented an Audi in August 2026 and we were amazed by the condition of the car and the pristine service offered by your company. We'll definitely choose your company in our future vacation!

A great summer experience, thank you Ecomobilo!
I rented a Wrangler jeep in Chania- Crete with my children and everything was really professional. Fast delivery, polite and helpful staff, clean car and above all the prices were reasonable 🙏

I had a great experience with Ecomobilo. The Audi was clean and in a great condition. John was very professional. I will definitely rent from Ecomobilo again if I return to Crete.

We rented a BMW convertible from EcoMobilo. They delivered it to our villa in Platanias, Chania, and picked it up from there. Everything went smoothly. I was impressed that, even though it was an expensive car, it came with unlimited mileage. This was very important to us because we wanted to explore Crete.

I rented a Mercedes s class from ecomobilo and my experience was unforgettable!! Outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

The exact car at the exact place at the right time. Nice experience.

Excellent service , excellent experience from forst contact until return of the car. I strongly recommend Eco Mobilo for luxury car rental in Crete.

We rented a G Wagon from Heraklion and anything was as promised. John helped a lot. They delivered the G-class to our villa.

We booked a 3-door Jeep through Ecomobility at very short notice, contacting John on August 12th. Despite this, he was extremely helpful from the beginning and managed to find us a car within about 20 minutes, sending us pictures before we confirmed the booking.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the local rental company that actually provided the vehicle. The Jeep was delivered without side windows, and when we asked for a replacement, the situation became a nightmare: very poor communication, a replacement Jeep that was promised but never delivered, and eventually a different car that had several issues.

Throughout the entire situation, John was always available and genuinely tried to help us. Whenever the rental company stopped replying, we contacted John and he immediately stepped in, contacted them and tried to find a solution.

Even though most of the problems were caused by the local rental company and were outside his direct control, John continued to follow our situation and assist us.

So, despite the awful experience with the actual car rental provider, our experience with John and Ecomobility was positive. He was kind, responsive and, most importantly, he did not disappear when problems started.

Thank you, John, for your support and for doing your best to help us throughout a very frustrating situation.

Φοβεροί επαγγελματίες. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!

My experience was top notch. The service was exemplary. The staff were friendly and helpful. They truly took care of me like I was one of their own. Very quick to return the security deposit. The communication was clear. John was a great point of contact. When I come back to Greece, this is the only rental company I will trust and use.
If you’re thinking about renting a car in Crete or any of the other islands of Greece, EcoMobilo is who you should choose to facilitate your rental. On top of all of that, they have a very large fleet of vehicles, accommodating all preferences, whether that be economy size, SUV, luxury, or sport.
I rented the Volvo XC40 for 6 days. The prices were very reasonable. They even imported my vehicle from Mykonos to Heraklion, Crete so that I could have it for my trip.

Thank you again, to everyone involved in the process. And a special thank you to John.

Best,
Alexander

EcoMobilo has the best car ever , we rent the jeeps rubicon , they were fantastic, thank you again team

I rented a car from EcoMobilo in Chania and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. True professionals from the very first moment — calm, polite and highly knowledgeable.
The vehicle was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. You could tell they take real pride in maintaining their fleet.
During the booking process they were incredibly helpful — they explained everything in detail and with patience, so I knew exactly what was included with no surprises whatsoever.
They also have options available in Mykonos, which is a great plus for anyone planning to island-hop and wanting the same premium experience across Greece.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Greece in comfort and style. I will definitely be back!

I contacted EcoMobilo to organize guest transfers and a wedding car (Mercedes C-Class Cabrio) for my wedding in May. I am impressed by their professionalism. The communication with John was top-notch – he was quick to respond, very helpful, and handled all my special requests (like water for guests and early car delivery) without any issues. If you are looking for a reliable company with great customer service in Crete, I highly recommend them!

Rented 4 Wranglers from John for a bachelor party with pick ups/drop offs in different locations and times. Everything was handled super smoothly , cars were delivered topless as requested and couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10 would recommend

The cooperation with the company for the implementation of the holidays was excellent, high quality and professional.

Great service, friendly staff, and a clean, reliable car
Highly recommeded.
