TradeMark Windows and Conservatories Omdömen

Great service. We have used Trademark a few times now for replacing windows. The service end to end is slick, efficient and friendly professional. I would recommend as are reliable, trustworthy and reliable. Alfie and team did a great job recently installing some French doors.

Credit where credit is due, I can not recommend Billy and the team enough, our front door broke last week and we could not leave the house as it would not lock, he had someone out within the hour to measure and get a new door ordered and then sent another team out to temporarily fix our existing door all within 24 hours of me calling him. Highly recommend TradeMark Windows Doors & Conservatories 🙂

When we told my mother that our front door needed replacing, her immediate response was, "Call TradeMark". She told us what a great experience she'd had with the team when she needed to replace her back door.
We took my mum's advice and can confirm she was right! The engagement with Adam through to the installation team was excellent. The team were punctual on the installation day and very polite. Blaine also visited to make sure everything was OK. The door looks fantastic too.

Thank you team for making our experience of your company and its product such a good one.

Alfie and Ty were very good. Arrived early, got to work straight away, were polite and informative, discussed what they were about to do so we were okay with the installation process, cleaned and tidied as the work progressed, made good with trim, filler etc, and showed how the locking systems worked on both doors before finishing. All in all an excellent experience and we are very pleased both with the work and the finished product. Thank you.

would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Nigel and his team for the incredible installation of my new windows, bi-fold doors, and front door. After receiving three quotes, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Tradmark Windows offered their services at a remarkable 30% lower than the other estimates while providing me with various options to choose from, allowing me to select the best fit for my home. The transformation of my house has been nothing short of stunning; every detail has made a significant impact on its overall appearance. The team was not only skilled and efficient but also delivered outstanding customer service throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their home!

TradeMark replaced 3 windows and have done a very good job. They were clean and tidy when working. I selected this company as they replaced a roof panel that was smashed in the recent high winds when a roof tile became dislodged. They completed this job at a very reasonable price and quickly as we were exposed to the weather. Would certainly recommend them.

Replaced two windows and two doors for various reasons. Sales process was polite and not pushy, no pretend deadlines. Time between making the purchase to installation was as originally estimated. Installation took two days as predicted. Installers were friendly, very tidy and did a great job. Happy to have used them. Hope to use again in the future for another 3 windows.

My Mum needed new windows. She found TradeMark Windows very helpful and easy to deal with from the start. The workers were polite professional and the work was done to a very high standard. She would certainly recommend TradeMark Windows.

Very easy company to work with from start to finish. Excellent selection of doors I could choose from and the materials used are superb.
The installers, Alfie and Ty were great and installed the French doors in a really efficient manner and left the area clean and tidy after. Would definitely recommend this local company.

Wow, what an amazing experience from everyone at TradeMark, thank you so much for everything, I have already recommended you guys to a neighbour and a friend from work

Alfie & Ty have worked really hard today to fit four large windows to an extremely high standard. Cannot fault their work or their attitudes. Very professional from start to finish and left everything spotlessly tidy. highly recommend these lads and trademark window.

Such a brilliant experience from everyone at TradeMark. From initial sales to communication throughout from Sue in the office, to the installers that turned up on time, were polite and tidied up after themselves. I have already recommended my neighbour

At the installation of our garage door Alf and Ty were prompt and courteous leaving everything neat and tidy. From placing the order the door was ready in little over 2 weeks.
We would not hesitate in using TradeMark Windows and Doors again

Initially just had patio door and back door installed by them but was so impressed with their service and workmanship that I’ve now had all my windows replaced too. Very efficient and friendly team when going through my options and placing the order. The new windows came into stock very quickly. Blaine and Ethan have been doing the installation for the last couple of days. Very polite and friendly. Worked hard and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the quality of the finish too. Would definitely recommend TradeMark to others.

Such a great experience with the team a Trademark, thank you so much for your hard work. A brilliant experience from start to finish, my sister has already taken your details as she wants her conservatory roof replaced.

**Review of Trademark Windows**

I am thrilled with my experience with Trademark Windows! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. The staff at Trademark are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect windows to complement my home.

The quality of the windows is outstanding. Not only do they look fantastic, but I’ve already noticed a difference in my home’s energy efficiency. They keep my home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, which has made a noticeable impact on my energy bills.

The installation team was prompt, professional, and worked diligently to ensure everything was done right. They took great care in their work, leaving my home just as they found it—except with beautiful new windows!

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new windows from Trademark. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart. I highly recommend Trademark to anyone in need of window replacements!

The whole service was good. Several new windows and 2 doors fitted. The fitters were professional and we were grateful for how considerate they were in the house.

Our windows were installed by Trademark 18 years ago - we were pleased and have always had good after-sales service - until recently....
They came and looked at the work needed...said they would call with an estimate(some of the work was tricky)...had to be chased...sent another rep who came at a time different from that arranged...still no estimate...more chasing...finally spoke to the Director...profuse apologies...another guy came didn't understand the brief... took a lot of pictures...more chasing...eventually said the job was 'outside their remit' (whatever that means!) SO..four months on from our first contact with TradeMark...we had made no progress whatsoever... poor customer service, very poor communication...very disappointing...

New front door - assistant at the showroom very helpful. Not the best start when they took the wrong telephone number ( I chased), then the fitter forgot to book our appointment (I chased). Accepted an 8 week build time ( xmas and Covid) door arrived with scratched letterbox and door handle, went to lock the door and the spindle can out in my hand. Engineer came out that day and repaired all the problems. New problem when the door is closed it rattles, phoned the showroom two over two weeks ago and no reply - I am am not going to chase you to come and fix. £2k on a new door and it rattles - you decide if you want to go with a local company and accept suboptimal service and poor products
