Just had new windows fitted by Lee and Alex and was impressed by the workmanship. nothing was too much bother. both were very polite and professional and have been with the company for many years so you know your in good hands. They arrived on time each day and got straight to work. There was no mess in the house and very little out side which was cleaned up each day. Very please with the triple glaze windows that look so smart and cut out the outside noise. The windows open so smoothly and the vents are a great addition which we didn't have on our old windows. All round an excellent product and well worth the money.

Replacement solid roof. Two simple, if they had been dealt with when raised, problems during installation. Compressed insulation and height of ceiling adjoining original windows and doors, repeatedly ignored by installation management. Goodness only knows how they can address these problems now the job is complete! Fitters and contact person on phone great - thank you. Those above - disinterested.

Initial contact very good and professional.
Sales contact fine - friendly rep - seemed very knowledgeable.
Prices ridiculous.
13 sq metre conservatory 2 fully glazed walls, i panelled wall- ball park £66,000 - yes £66,000 - total job including groundwork etc (too rich for me).
Requested figure to supply and fit only - ballpark £29500.
Therefore using simple arithmetic i.e. 66000 - 29500.
Brackenwood are charging some £36,500 for groundwork to remove and re-lay a concrete base and foundation for a 13sq metre conservatory.
I queried these figures directly with Brackenwood and after we discussed the cost of skips £1500, digger £500, planning regulations £1500 that only leaves £33,000 left for labour and materials - i don't know how they make ends meet.

The free triple glazed is false…you only get free upgrade if the price for double glazing is at list price….if you negotiate 50% discount from the double glazed they won’t then offer you free upgrade to triple glazed for the same price….dont be fooled

Extremely disappointed with the service from Brackenwood. Have given them many opportunities to resolve issues before writing this review but over six months in, we still have issues with our windows. Initially they were not supplied as ordered (having waited months for them) and we had to wait further weeks for replacement panels. Many scratched panes of glass, one pane even replaced with a scratched pane, all having apparently been quality check prior to delivery. One lock already loose and cannot be tightened, needs to be replaced. Beading missing from two remedial visits and still not supplied to fix a quality issue. Lock keys missing from security catches and still not supplied after two remedial visits. Comms are very poor, we have to chase for updates, info is not forthcoming. Most recent email apparently forwarded to a manager weeks ago and no response. The only good thing about this company is the fitters who are all very helpful guys. But the back office is sadly in disarray. We spent a lot of money on these windows, visited the showroom to choose them and invested time in research, getting quotes and making what we thought was the right choice but I am afraid we feel it was a mistake and would not recommend Brackenwood.

From talking through my needs re what type of product I needed, to measuring, advice about the conservatory parquet flooring needing to be cut. The two fitters were polite, tidy and left the working area beautifully clean!
The finished product has made a lot of difference heat wise, the action of the door glides and is so easy to open and close !

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Information was updated as and when required and questions were answered promptly.
The installers were absolutely brilliant and made me give a 5 rating, something I very rarely do.

Just had all the windows in our house replaced by two fantastic fitters, they replaced 6 windows in a day and left zero mess the windows are triple glazed which is a vast improvement on our old double glazed units . Can’t recommend Brackenwood and the Brackenwood fitters, great experience from start to finish .

I had two new windows fitted today by Matt and Jamie, great guys, they did a fantastic job, nothing was too much bother for them, they were courteous and very professional. Overall a great experience using Brackenwood. I've got a couple more windows to go to finish the project, I wont even bother getting a competitive quote, I'll go straight to Brackenwood.

When it came to fitting the windows both Mark & Jake
knew exactly what needed to be done, and fitted everything correctly, and then cleared up perfectly

Excellent experience from start to finish with Brackenwood Windows. Vasilis, Chris and Vasile did a great job installing everything. Lovely finish and extremely tidy during the job. We will hopefully feel the benefit now we no longer have drafty windows as winter arrives.

After a few hitches, regarding delays and incorrect measurements, i was really relieved when Ray came to measure up and I was delighted that he also came to fit the panes today. He has restored my confidence in your company.

Just finished a 2 day installation that Jason carried out impeccably on his own. I was a nervous customer but was completely reassured by his friendly professionalism. Had my windows installed may last year, the service from the team on site was ok on day one, but some of the items were wrong and they ran out of time so had to come back the next day no show of anyone, rang office finally 2 different lads turned up finally fitted the windows.
A year later now one of the hinges has broken on my window, they said they would send someone out to repair, man turned up a week later to fix, couldnt fix it as the woman in the office ordered the wrong part the man said we can come back next week as they have it in stock in the yard.. 1 week later still not heard anything, woman on the phone when i rang was rude and told me she has to order it in.. so who was lying? My husband then got a call to say they now cant come out to repair until 28th august.. what a joke!
It shows so many good reviews but the staff are just rude and a let down. Would not recommend again to anyone!

All of our windows and doors have been installed by Brackenwood. Great value, great quality and always such pleasant fitters.
