TradeMark Windows and Conservatories Omdömen

The entire Trademark have been brilliant. From ordering with Justin to the survey and the install with Ty and Alfie. All wonderful people and the product quality is amazing. All were really respectful, friendly and efficient. Thankyou team. Won’t hesitate to use again and certainly welcome in our home again.

We recently had our windows replaced by Trademark Windows, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation with Nigel Treacher, through to the installation, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
The installation team (Alfie and Ty) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. The quality of the new windows is excellent, and they've made a noticeable difference to both the appearance of our home and its insulation.
We would highly recommend Trademark Windows to anyone looking for high-quality windows and outstanding customer service. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic job!
Simply the best!!!!

Thank you Trademark Windows for such a professional job. My experience was first class. From the first meeting with Nigel Treacher, Sales Director, to the team fitting 6 windows and a patio door. I couldn't fault any of it. The whole process went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company.

Driving is part of the job, having a 3.5T cut you up is not great and even worse for the business its sign written!!!
The driver managed to ignore all laws of the road to cut me up, they then nearly pulled in front of a passing car desperate to overtake. Too fast, too close
If your workmanship is anything like this i would worry

Good communication. Fitters (Alfie & Ty) were excellent and went the extra mile.

Update : These were fitted 4 months ago and I have waited for a little while to see how they performed before writing this. I can say that we are very pleased with them and would be happy to recommend Trademark to anyone interested in new uPVC windows

Trademark were working nearby and asked if interested in a quotation. Quotation provided immediately following measurements in a polite and no-pressure manner. I did check out showroom and was impressed by variety of displays, whereupon accepted quote.
The installation was a few weeks later and installers were extremely polite, efficient, and tidy, whilst also ensuring a decorator's finish internally (no diy work of any sort required by me).
I certainly would recommend their services and will be a returning customer if ever required again.

We had a new front door fitted yesterday, it was a seamless fitting, excellent tradesmen, no damage at all taking out the the old door. The door is beautiful we are very pleased. I have used Trademark Windows in the past for my French Doors, they are still giving a first class service, I would recommend this Company without hesitation.

Very helpful on the best approach for our new window that needed to accommodate two small rooms. The result was excellent and is working well for us. The people who dealt with us were very professional and knowledgeable. We would higher recommend them.

The service from this company was outstanding. There was a small issue with a replacement door which had slipped slightly. I telephoned at 9.00 am and it was fixed the same day!
Who can ask for more!

The fitters arrived as planned. The work was carried out by efficient and friendly fitters. They left leaving the rest of the house surrounds neat and tidy.

Excellent service throughout and really happy with our new door. All done efficiently and with no problems

Professionalism was key here. We hardly knew when they started and finished. Great work team.

Great service from everyone at TradeMark. Alfie & Ty installed the window’s professionally and dealt with the challenges they faced when removing the old windows and then installing the new ones.

Very fast work - 8 windows in 2 days. Alfie and Tyler were personable and hard working. Tidy up at end of day - sheets to cover floor and furniture - what more can you ask for!

From the initial appointment for a quote to the final installation communication and updates were great.
Alfie and Ty were friendly, professional and neat in replacing our windows and doors to our total satisfaction.
We highly recommend them.

The whole process of choosing a front door and side windows was well explained in person with lots of options discussed. 6 weeks later and we have a new door and windows. The fitters were professional, clean and tidy. I would recommend

Everyone that I dealt with were polite and friendly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

From start to finish, TradeMark has excelled! Each and every employee was professional, polite, efficient and very personable. The job that they have done couldn’t have been completed better … with particularly conscientious eyes for a detailed perfect finish. Without a doubt, this company deserves to thrive. Do not hesitate to employ them.

Two guys came to fit our windows today. Blaine and colleague took out the old windows and tidied out the areas carefully before fitting our two new windows. They were lovely and friendly and very professional with their work. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend Trademark. Thank you.
