Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience.
Following our conversation, we have now processed your refund and resent the returns label to ensure the issue is resolved as smoothly as possible. I completely understand your frustration, and I’d like to clarify that the delay was due to Tesco’s system, which manages return requests made via their app. However, we always aim to provide the best service possible, and I regret that this process didn’t meet expectations.
If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We resolved this issue for the customer refunding the item, we also sent a complimentary door lock for the customer as a goodwill gesture as she had a separate DIY project she was working on. Unfortunately we have tried to amend this review now the issue has been resolved but the customer has been unable to log in to rectify it.
Thank you

We have attempted to contact this customer by email, phone and even sent three letters to their address over the course of many months. Unfortunately we have been unable to get in touch however we did refund the order in full and would be happy to cover the £4.99 return costs if you could please get in touch with us.
