We held a F2F meeting with Wez around 3 weeks before the wedding in which he took the time to understand what sort of vibe we wanted and more importantly, what we definitely didn’t want.
On the day, he did a great job of keeping the full day and evening running smoothly and helped make our day perfect.

Well, I can't quite believe the wedding is over. Every moment perfect start to finish, which is where Adam came in.
When he arrived he was patient and calm (waiting for us as we rode on a Rodeo Bull.) He greeted us with a smile and reassured us as he ran through his plan for the evening. From then on the night was off! Everybody had an amazing time on the dance floor, whether it was letting us have a sing along on the microphone, or changing the song quickly and discretely when noticing the song wasn't catching the right sort of moods. He checked in regularly, cheered us on and kept us going.
Adam, to you we say cheers! You legend.

Brilliant wedding DJ
We had Mike for our DJ. We had a call prior to the wedding to make sure we had all the songs we wanted and the right vibe. He knew exactly when to turn the music down to give people breaks when eating and when to increase the vibe making sure guests were all dancing. He also nailed coming with a surprise song for a surprise dance I had planned for the groom with the bridesmaids perfectly!

We hired Exceed for our daughter’s wedding on the 16th May. Everything was absolutely brilliant. From the moment of booking, through the meetings about playlist to speaking to the DJ a few days before the wedding. Our dance floor was full all night. We wanted a party and we definitely got one! The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
Paul, Leah, and the Exceed team could not have done more to make our wedding day perfect.
From the initial booking, Leah was fantastic at helping us plan every detail of the day, from hosting and lighting to even recommending other suppliers, including our band. We also booked a host, and if you’re debating whether to do it… book it! You absolutely won’t regret it.
Having a host meant we were in Paul’s capable hands throughout the day and in the lead-up to the wedding. He did an amazing job catering to our varied music tastes, running games, and keeping everyone engaged and entertained all night long.
Every single guest ended up on the dance floor at some point, which says it all! We had the most brilliant day, and we genuinely can’t recommend Exceed enough.

Used exceed events for our wedding reception. Communication was good, outline portal was easy to use and good to request songs before the day. Damien our DJ was very good, he was a good showman and got everyone involved.

I can’t remeber if I’ve reviewed so twice better than none for the outstanding job they did!
I did not request specific songs apart from a first dance & entry song!
I just gave instructions on how we visioned the night, the type of guests we had & age ranges!
I wanted to leave the expert to do their thing & did he!!
Matt was great! Our instruction was to keep the dance floor full & it was, all night all ages - kids, cousins aunts & uncles! Everyone was up dancing and have a great time - giving us great memories of our wedding!

Mike the DJ and Callum the Sax!
We booked Mike the DJ and Callum the sax player for our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They completely made the night! The atmosphere and music were perfect, and the dance floor was full all evening.
Callum’s sax performances alongside Mike’s DJ set were amazing and brought such a special vibe to the evening. So many of our guests commented on how brilliant they both were.

Booked Exceed to DJ our wedding and Johnny was absolutely fantastic! Really listened to what we wanted and was very patient. No question felt like a stupid one and he was really lovely. Would definitely recommend Exceed to others, they keep you informed and are quick to respond to any questions.

Mike was amazing from start to finish.
We had a call previous to the wedding and we had a in detail chat about what we could do for our guests - for context we got married on Star Wars day. So he suggested we use some of the music from the movies as we entered to cut the cake. Which we jumped at the chance of doing. He also guided us well into our first dance and we didn’t want to dance just us alone for too long. We discussed us giving a nod and he followed that perfectly. We chose majority of music we wanted for the day via the app but we discussed that we were happy to have requests etc. We had a lot of people to dance on the dance floor and he read the room well with what music was keeping people dancing.

Kept the night alive
Mike was our DJ for our wedding at Mitton hall, we used them as a recommendation from the venue and what an amazing one it was. He kept the dance floor alive right though until we were ready to call it a night. I asked him to make a few announcements, no request was too small. He read the room perfectly, kept the music appropriate for the ones dancing, changed it up to get the older ones dancing too. We’ve had so many compliments on how great the dj was, and when they say any requests of songs you don’t want played, won’t be, even when bribed 🤣 thank you again to exceed events and especially Mike. Would definitely recommend you to anyone who asked.

10/10. I couldn’t have asked for better. Planning our wedding, all we wanted was - a big party and that’s what we got. Our do zech called us a few days before and spoke us through different ideas, vibes and totally understood what we wanted. Zech played music that everyone could enjoy, he judged the crowd and adapted music naturally to suit the room.
The dance hour- his recommendation really made the night, perfectly timed by zech. Highly recommend the company and in particular Zech.
