Avoid if you value customer service.
TCO are unable or unwilling to respond to emails yet have the time to respond to a review on here, it occurs that they care more about their image than their actual customer service.
I have confirmation of delivery of return but still no refund.
Each time I do get an emailing from them it's along the lines of "sorry for delay, staff member sick"!
Also, in my last review I commented on the lack of phone number which they said was unfair, I believe its totally fair. A conversation can mostly resolve all conflict, information in a message however, can not.

We strive to make the refund process as smooth as possible for our customers. Our system checks all three checklists (order numbers, email addresses, and tracking numbers) to ensure everything matches and triggers the refund immediately.
Most of our customers receive full refunds when they use the same email address and tracking number as their original order. However, in your case, a different email address was used on the return form, which made it difficult for our system to automatically detect the return tracking number.
If you had used the same email address and provided the tracking number when submitting the return request, it would have helped us expedite the investigation.
Since there was a different email address and a missing tracking number on the return form, it took us longer to investigate the issue. If you could kindly consider revising your 1-star rating to a 2-star rating, it would help us greatly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The order was sent to my son because you wont deliver outside the UK.
The order was sent to my son who was supposed to forward it.
I have not received it
Your inability/unwillingness to deliver outside the UK means your service is abysmal.
This review now is pending during discussions on a possible change of policy regarding exports to the EU, and France.
Thats worth an extra star! *

Hi Nick,
I am so sorry to hear this. We delivered your order to your son's UK address you provided at the time of order. Your son could not visit you in the South of France for personal reasons. I understand your goods still need to be received in the South of France.
I understand you're venting and disappointed that we cannot offer international shipping service to France.
Then, Brexit and French customs made things very difficult, VAT complication, and expensive fast delivery for both sellers and customers. It's beyond our control.
A 1-star rating does not justify our bad delivery or inability to ship to France.
Can you please revise your rating?
UPDATE:
Thanks for revised 2-stars,
I googled that you can buy Everlbuild Sealants from Republic of Ireland websites and get them to ship to South France. Irish Sellers will offer the fast shipping and no custom fees. It might work for you.
maybe you give me 2 more stars ;-)
On a serious note:
To start the EU/France Shipping. it is not impossible but it is not so simple policy to set up. it's going to be very long progress unless EU/French Goverment offers free movement of goods to the UK.
Cheers,
CS

Hi Tracey,
Sorry to hear your disapointment. Staff who investigating your order was sick for a week and so, it took a long time.
Apart that, we sorted the mistakes on the orders. We tried our best help to resolve the issues as possible as we can.
Please accept my apologies again but I hope you'll give us the opportunity to put this right for you. Thanks.

I added 5 star so it would come to the top. I have caught TCO doing false advertising. They advertised a 3 year warranty for mafell but the product didn’t have a warranty even tho under the product it literally said “this machine has a 3 year mafell warranty”, only found out after purchase. £300 and no warranty. Check your items before purchasing they actually come with a warranty!!
