Tourist Italy Omdömen 

My biggest concern was that I was solo travelling and well, 5 mins into the trip I wasn’t solo anymore! The guides were amazing, the bus was super comfortable and I was not the only solo traveler, so everyone was ready to meet new people and enjoy!! As a coffee lover, I particularly enjoyed both the guided tours, the one at the factory and the one at the museum, and was nice to taste the excellence of the Tuscan olive oil at the farm! The weather was so nice too! Totally a perfect day!☕️🫒

I took a Pompeii Tour with Tourist Italy in August. It was a great tour, the tour guide was very informative and added a lot of value to the visit!
I highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Pompeii!

I went on the sunrise tour with Tourist Italy and it was a great experience
Pick up location was convenient and easy to find.
The guide was very professional and informative and explained every place with interesting details.
We saw the amazing Tuscan sunrise and continued to see the beautiful town of San Giminiano which is a must! Then confined to the famous tower in Pisa and Lucca.
We saw so much in one day and it was the perfect way to get outside the city and see the country side.
I had a great day and I highly recommend everyone to join this tour!

This was a memorable day that I wish I could re-live over and over again. I booked this tour because of my passion for hiking and I was not disappointed! This tour takes you to the most spectacular view points along Cinque Terre and the five towns that you encounter in the national park are so beautiful and picturesque. I also had a really fun group, I started the day not knowing anyone and finished becoming fond of everyone! Massive props to the tour guide (or travel buddy which he would prefer) I had which was Ado. He was so passionate and knowledgeable about Cinque Terre and you could tell he was really committed to ensuring that we all had a great experience. Honestly I don't think the tour would have been the same without him!

Do not use this company. We used them in Israel. It was a total nightmare.

We were only sent a vague itinerary very little information no times no meeting places until last minute We were expected to take taxis from the hotel to the pick up site at 2 am. We upgraded hotels and had less than 8 hours at the hotel so were not able to rest, use amenities or get breakfast

Our driver told us we needed to leave Cairo by 1 pm because the drive through that part of the desert was dangerous due to smugglers, drug traffickers, roads are dark winding and the area is isolated. It ended up being 11 hour drive 7 hours in pitch black. It was unbelievably stressful. So out of a 12 day tour we received 2 tours.

Tourist Israel were unable to get us to the hotel we booked. So they took us to Tolip hotel we were told give the driver a $100 for the Tolip hotel . The desk clerk , driver and representative from tourist Israel said they had already paid for the room. The hotel said we will give a receipt in the morning then refused saying the hotel was never payed for and had no record of us staying there. We assumed the money was pocketed. The room they gave us was filthy TV didn’t work , stains on the furniture, carpet, broken toilet seat, the room was bare bones it was awful.
We were told by an Egyptian guide they would meet us in hotel lobby the morning. They did no show.
Then we were told they would meet us at the Taba border again no show . So we were abandoned in Egypt.
We crossed the Taba border on are own. Into Israel where a Guide was meet us and take us to the Hotel. We waited 3 hours again no show.

Other tour companies charted bus helping people get hotels and back to the airport. We asked if tourist Israel charted any of the buses we were told no and there were no empty seats in the charters.

Now abandoned in Israel. One of charter bus driver and guide suggested we took a taxi to our hotel. The guide stated I worked for tourist Israel they aren’t going show and wished us good luck.

We took a taxi to the hotel we had a reservation. The security guard said we closed yesterday. I called the Dan Panorama and they said they contacted tourist Israel informing the of the closure. Tourist Israel did not let us know. So now abandoned no hotel and no verbal contact , text instructions or information from Tourist Israel.

I left my husband with the luggage I walked found another hotel. Had to stay there until we could arrange private transport to Tel Aviv then had to find a hotel on are own in Tel Aviv . From there several days later we were able to arrange a flight to Europe.

This is the urgent / emergency number+972 54-945-5614. We attempted multiple times no answer. Below is the computer generated email they continue to send every time we emailed or What’s app. This message is from OCT 8th obviously no response in 5-6 business days. We would get return calls phone would ring once then hang up. We literally begged Tourist Israel to contact us by phone. We were terrified after the hotel situation with Tolip and Dan Panorama and being abandoned by 2 guides. We completely loss confidence in Tourist Israel after being abandon and it would take hours to days before they would what’s app text . We were so frightened they would strand us in the middle of nowhere . We just wanted to talk to someone with a definite plan instead texts with no information and mainly computer generated requesting the same information repeatedly . We still have not talked to Tourist Israel or been refunded for the 10 days of our 12 day tour

Tourist Israel is too overwhelmed to contact clients they abandoned but are sending out Emails and ads for Tourist Italy. Yes same company. Please save your money. This by far is the worst travel experience of my life

The only thing we want from Tourist Israel is a refund which is not asking for much after the trauma they put us through.

Enjoyed the experience. I was initially a bit stressed out as we requested the tour to be in Conversano, this didn’t end up happening and so we were told a transfer would pick us up from Conversano to take us to the other location in Martina Franca. It would be better in hindsight to have caught the train to another station closer to the area, which in my stress I hadn’t thought of, but would’ve thought the agency would’ve troubled shooted something like this a bit better. In any case, we also missed our bus to Conversano as we’d never actually caught buses before this point but luckily caught another bus that got us to the meeting point on time.

The actual mozzarella experience was great, it was nice to see the cows and watch how mozerella is made. My favourite part was of course the tasting part! I thought we were going to have a go at shaping the cheese but maybe that is wishful thinking?

I was very fortunate to had been the only one to sign up for the morning 2 hour walking tour. It was truly a one-on-one experience and it was at my pace. The guide was very friendly, and provided an exceptionally detailed narrative of the history of Milan. He further pointed out many hidden gems throughout the city that even local would miss. My guide even recommended a wonderful pizza joint where I had a great lunch.

Big thanks to the Tourist Italy for such a great expertise! Haven't spent much time choosing the agency, but I'm very pleased with the one I chose. If all goes well and I'm traveling to Italy next year, I will certainly take a longer tour with Tourist Italy!

I took the Highlights of Rome walking tour. Staff was nice, but the weather wasn't so great. It was still incredible to see all the hotspots of Rome.
