A Memorable Day
Our guide, Hifumi, was so warm and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the extra care and effort she took to communicate and engage with my sister and brother-in-law, who are both deaf. Her thoughtfulness and inclusivity made the experience all the more special. Hifumi’s knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the area and for Japan’s customs, history and culture were exceptional. We learnt so much from her and came away with a much deeper appreciation of this amazing country. We were blessed with glorious sunny weather, which allowed us to see the mountain and surrounding sights in all their splendour. Hifumi knew all the best spots for photographs, ensuring we captured some wonderful memories of our day. Thank you, Hifumi, for making our tour such a memorable and special experience. Your warmth, kindness and dedication truly shone through. You are one in a million, and we feel very fortunate to have had you as our guide. We couldn’t recommend you more highly!

A Tour to Remember!
This tour was an experience I will never forget. The scenery was beautiful, and the different views of Mt. Fugi were AMAZING! But what made the tour most fun was our tour guide Shish. He was second to none because of his vast knowledge of Mt. Fugi and the entire area surrounding it. His energy and excitement was contagious. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide👏!

A truly fantastic sightseeing tour that I would do again in a heartbeat! The tour was superbly organized from start to finish and offered a perfect blend of interesting information, must-see sights, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Special praise goes to our tour guide Shish. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and conducted the tour with great enthusiasm and personal commitment. The explanations were interesting and easy to understand without being boring or overwhelming. I especially appreciated that questions were answered, making it feel like more than just a standard tour.
You can tell that he genuinely enjoys his job and knows a great deal about the history and the sights. This made the tour not only informative but also a truly wonderful experience.
If you want to get to know Mount Fuji and suroundings and learn more than you would on a normal walk, this is definitely the right tour for you. A definite recommendation and, for me, a clear 5 stars!

Miko is a Great Guide on Fish Market Tour
On our Fish Market Tour of Tokyo we had Miko as a guide. She is a very friendly and happy lady and taught us so much about Japanese culture and about the workings of the Fish Market. I recommend the Fish Market Tour and highly recommend Miko as a terrific guide

Deplorable
Deplorable. Room sizes inadequate for group needs and generally very far from activity meet locations, so expect to pay lots in additional transport fees.
Provided 3 single beds for 2 adults, and 2 tween children and when we said it was not suitable they would not adjust the booking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We know how much planning goes into a family trip to Japan, so we apologise that the room in Tokyo didn't work for your family, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused at the start of your trip.
After hearing about the issue, we reached out to you and contacted the hotel to confirm the situation. We then refunded those nights in full and offered your family a complimentary tour during your stay as a gesture of goodwill.
When planning each itinerary, we take care to arrange activity meeting points close to our guests' hotels, so that getting to each tour is as easy and convenient as possible and more time can be spent enjoying the experience itself. We're sorry to hear the travel times and transport costs on your trip weren't what you expected, as that's never the experience we want for our guests.
We're glad the tours in Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima went well, and it would be a pleasure to welcome your family back to Japan in the future.

It was a very successful experience! Dai was such a great informative guide. His food advice was on point! We would definitely want to take this tour again and really recommend everyone to take it!

Fantastic tour around Kyoto and Nara! Had such an amazing time with Vincente. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of all the tours, and took us to his favourite spots on the tour. Amazing opportunities and even made exceptions to find spots for the kids to eat.

Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and considerate. She taught us about the history of the emperor's estate and directed us on how to use the metro, even buying us passes. Overall 10/10 experience!
