When I bought my first Torro cover I…
When I bought my first Torro cover I was able to purchase it through the UK website where I had the opportunity to have the case monogrammed. The US website doesn’t offer it. Very disappointing. Also, the US website ships through Amazon. Had I gone through Amazon originally I would’ve saved $10.

Due to current import regulations, US orders are dispatched via our fulfilment partners based in the US rather than directly from our UK facility. Unfortunately, this means monogramming/personalisation is not currently available through the US store, as this service is only available on orders processed through our UK fulfilment setup.
We also appreciate your comments regarding pricing and delivery options. Our website and Amazon operate through separate fulfilment and shipping systems, so costs and availability can differ between the two.

I had searched for a genuine LEATHER…
I had searched for a genuine LEATHER phone case at least 3 times, finding all too many that made the claim, with further information, they hide behind phrases like "PU" leather, amongst other words, very disappointing. Then I came across Torro, immediately impressed by the care taken to create the website, the details of their mission statement, and a case that was exactly what I had been looking for. I could not be more pleased with this beautiful peice of true craftmanship. Every stitch to perfection. Thank you!!

Great product, but Customer Service was really shiny!
I love Torro's iPhone wallets. The one I ordered was misdelivered by Amazon's delivery team and never made it to me. Torro's support person (Joe) took care of things at lightning-speed and I had a replacement two days later. The delivery person must have been having a bad day, but Torro (aka, Joe) made things right. Nice save, Joe ... thanks so much!

Customer service lacking.
Love the iPhone case. Hate the lack of customer service. I have emailed repeatedly for instructions on returning an item. No response. No phone number to call. No address in the U.S.; only a drop-ship at an Amazon warehouse.

The case is quite well made
The case is quite well made with precise use of the red threads and handsome leather (whether or not it’s actually the real thing). The whole piece is a little bulky but that’s a small price to pay for its style and protection of the iPhone.
The only thing I’d want to improve on is the way it takes a charge of its battery. When I’m in my office I sometimes connect my IPhone to my computer’s tower via a cable. This serves me well until it’s time to return home in the evening. Later, as we’re preparing to settle in for a good night’s sleep, I’ve found that my iPhone and case does not get and hold a full charge from the pedestal charger that I’ve been using lately. In order to coax a full charge into the iPhone I’ve learned I must remove the case altogether which I’ve not had to do previously. Is there any way this condition may be remedied??

W're sorry to hear you’re having trouble charging your device through your TORRO case.
In most cases, this comes down to power output. Wireless chargers vary significantly in wattage, and lower-powered Qi chargers may charge a phone without a case but can be slow or unstable, and may struggle once a case is fitted. For best results, we recommend using a wireless charger capable of at least 20W, as newer handsets are designed to accept higher wattage via their wireless charging module.
It’s also important to check the plug/power adapter you’re using, as the charger can only draw as much power as the plug can supply. For example, older iPhone plugs are often limited to 5W, so even if you’re using a higher-rated wireless charger, it may only receive 5W and fail to charge reliably.
Another common issue is multi-port plugs. A plug advertised as “30W” may split that power across several ports, meaning a single port could output much less (e.g., 10W), which may be insufficient for stable charging with a modern handset.
For in-car wireless chargers, outputs vary widely and we’re unable to guarantee compatibility, so it’s best to check the charger’s rated wattage/specification.

I had an Iphone 11 max pro or pro max or whatever they call em, with an otterbox case that was leather very similar to the one purchased from Torro. Otterbox no longer makes its design. Needless to say the one offered by Torro is great. Purchasing was easy, delivery fast, and the quality of the case is just as good with even some more built in functionality than my old case. I’m happy with this find.

I ORDERED A CASE FOR MY NEW IPAD 13. EVERYTHING WENT WELL FROM ORDERING UNTIL DELIVERY. THE BIG PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THE CASE IS THAT IT ONLY PROPS UP TO THE FRONT, DOING SO IN THE BACK IS MUCH MORE CONVENIENT.
