Happy customer.
Ordered a full pc build, the delivery came within the time stated on the website. The packaging was very good.
Some one helped me order parts that were compatable for my build.
The only down side is the customer service is via email and whatsapp is a bit slow. It would be nice to have a telephone number and someone to talk too.

I spent a lot of money on a pc.It came with a wifi adaper and a cd.The pc doesnt have anywhere to put a cd in.So I went to the link on the cd to download the software on to a usb.As I was trying to download it it kept givinng me all these codes leading me to chinese websistes.Then the websites it was leading to almost gave me a virus.Thank god for my protection.This pc was a christmas present and now it cant even be used.Waste of moneyy

Emma , The PC we supplied ot you came with Windows 10 Pre Installed as well as all of the drivers therefore you have no need to install any drivers. Many components still come with DVDs however they are rarely used as more upto date versions of the drivers are usually available from Windows Update. The Wifi Card with your PC is Windows 10 Compatible and the driver is part of Windows 10 update so does not require you to install a driver. One of the tests during our Quality Control Process is to test the Wifi on the PC and to ensure that is is working and the signal strength matches similar PCs we have built. This ensures no PC leaves our building without the Wifi Card being installed. You would never have to install any drivers when you purchase a Pre Configured PC from ourselves so if you are having to install drivers something else has gone wrong and you need to speak to our support team. If you are trying to Reinstall Windows 10 you will need to download to a 16GB USB Drive from the Microsoft Website and use the code from the licence sticker on your PC. I recommend speaking with our support staff if you need help. Please also note the disc with the Wifi Card has links to the manufacturers of the cards page and those codes are for links to different versions of the card. You however do not need to worry about this as no one would every reinstall drivers in 2021 from a DVD. We should start throwing these in the bin rather than sending them with PCs however we do send them becasue they give a start to someone if you for example are installing your PC and dont have access to the Internet.

Simple to use site. Put together a system build within the site, with specific parts and the guys put it together in the time that was quoted. Excellent correspondence with super fast next day delivery. Would highly recommend.

You can view your order status by logging into your account or by reading the last email sent by our sales team. As you will see from the automated email sent when a ticket is created we do not prioritise answering support tickets asking about order delivery information as this information is clearly displayed and available on our website. Every product on our website shows an estimated delivery timeframe for the product and you will also see the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout and again in the Order Confirmation email. We then send emails as the order progresses and on top of this the information is always showing within the customers account. We prioritise technical support tickets over all others as is stated in the automated email sent and which is stated on our website.

What can I say, brilliant, positive service from one of our own Irish companies.
Delivery was very fast. Not quite next day, but that’s because I ordered over the weekend, but would have no issue recommending them.
Definitely use them again if the opportunity arises. Easily won 5 stars.

The average component order delivery time from order to delivery is 3.5 Business Days. The timerame for custom pcs and laptops on average is less than 6 business days with the delivery time for non stock monitors and PC cases 5.5 business day. All of these average delivery times are well under the stated delivery timeframes however some orders can take longer than others which is why we state different delivery times for different products.

Your order was placed on the 16th of August and delivered on the 27th of August 2021. The item ordered stated the delivery term was 10 to 12 business days as it was not a stock item. It was a specialist heat sink compound pad which comes from Germany. On our website you will find information in the Delivery TAB which provides assistance with information on delivery timeframes.

Customer service is not a greatest thing with you guys, if this gets improved you would be an easy 5 star. I have ordered CPU, GPU and PC case, as per stated on ordering a pc parts takes between 6-12 days to get your items, I got the items in 7 days excluding weekends for what I really cannot complain, your processing status needs improvement to be more accurate so clients know what to expect, my one jumped from stock allocated to delivery. Honestly I been afraid I might not receive my items or that items might be damaged and I even considered cancelling the order after seeing all the negative comments but now when the stuff is here, tested and working I feel that most of the negative comments are exaggerated on large scale. I support local Irish businesses so I really hope you will accept critics and improve the customer service and order tracking process. Everything else is good 😉.

Our Customer service is powered by Zendesk and we deal with 200+ support tickets per day. Our experienced staff product assistance to our customers and to customers unfortunate enough to have made purchases on UK websites. We do prioritise support tickets and if a ticket is asking questions about delivery times it not a priority ticket. We prioritise technical support over sales.

Router
Bought a router and am very happy, my internet provider wasn't doing anything to help me, so being an IT person I purchased my own router and now my internet is fine. what was delivered didn't look the same as what I ordered but still had all the feature you would want in a router... and price was quite reasonable too.. thumbs up here and this website will be the first place I look in the future to buy anything...

Spent over a grand for a broken laptop then another
Spent over a grand for a custom laptop and the motherboard malfunctioned with it 3 months and it took 7 months with the worst customer service for I’ve ever received for them to “fix” it. They clearly couldn’t fix it because they sent me a bran new one that looked completely different to the original (looked like something they just bought from another company from China) and after 1 year the motherboard fails once again .. I won’t even be trying to contact them knowing how bad they are to their customers so unfortunately I Will just have to suck it up so please don’t make the same mistakes I have
