In our desperate search for GPUs due to the global shortage I found Torquegaming having the supplies, a number of GPUs. After ordering them they were updating me at all times with the stock, and even they called me to tell me that there was an item less (due to the shortage) but offered me a replacement with similar characteristics. The items were dispatched and received them the next day, very quickly. They were able to provide us while others couldn't during this time and I look forward to buying from them again.

I ordered a gaming pc for my son on the 18th of December. I was very surprised and impressed with how quick their service is. It arrived today thank you very much for a professional and reliable service.

This is the second time I have purchased off the guys at custom pc, they were so helpful considering I have no idea about gaming pcs and upgrading parts. I'm a PC flight simulation hobbyist
so I know a bit about pc parts and what's good and bad. I ordered a MOTHERBOARD, CPU, CPU Cooler and RAM from Custompc.ie and had no problem with them, all my parts arrived well packed after about 5 days. This would be my 4th rig bulid and previously I would have got all my gear from English suppliers and there was no real option to by in Ireland.
I seen poor reviews but I took the chance and I'm glad I did. Support Irish business.
Only thing is they have a poor section of GPUs but I do know the world shortage.

Just a great build. I got great advice to get just what I was looking for, and it all helped me make the most of my money. I sometimes get asked why I went for a custom-built pc instead of building it myself, but the answer feels obvious to me; I couldn't risk the integrity of the build knowing that the expertise that these pros have would guarantee a perfect set up. I was also very impressed with the care taken in packing and shipping. I'm glad an Irish based company is delivering good quality service, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable build.

worst company to shop from, they did a mistake in my order for wich for i had to suport consequences not them, very bad experience i will newer shop from them..... ever.

Read a lot of mixed reviews here so I was quite unsure about it but tried it anyway. In the end I only had good experience, no problem at all with the customer support. I couldn't log in because of the update they had going on, but received a reply within a day or so. I got my computer only 7 days after ordering it which is awesome.
All in all a great experience and would order here again.

I bought the parts to build a PC for my teenage son. He had a few problems with the build at first and returned 2 parts to be checked. The staff were excellent and even called him to help him through the build, which they didn't have to do. Sure the returns "process" is just that ...a process that you have to go through step by step but it does work if you follow it correctly. They definitely went over and above , which I felt was a nice thing to do since he is only learning. I would definitely recommend this company and its great to have an Irish based company to deal with.
