Second time I've used this company and I absolutely would not go anywhere else. Phoned looking for a quote and managed to get an appointment for the next day.

The salesman (Gary) turned up bang on time and I honestly can't praise him highly enough. Respectful, patient, relaxed and genuinely seemed to have our best interests as a priority. Believe me, I'm the first to complain when customer service is bad, but this was such a stress free experience.

Felt the price was very fair for a high quality product. Highly recommend.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. I'm struggling to express just how bad the service and the quality of installation has been. A nightmare from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Just had new blinds fitted in whole House from Top Cat Window Blinds. From making initial contact with company through to fitting everyone in the company were professional and friendly. Arrived on time for both measuring up and fitting appointments. Excellent choice of type/colour of blinds at a good, competitive price. Very pleased with the service. Would use again and recommend.

Horrendous service. Called the main number to query where our 5pm appointment was (it was 6:15pm) I was answered by the most unhelpful man. I was told they are out until 7pm, which I then explained that I have a baby and will need to reschedule. He then said again they are out until 7pm. I explained that its too late and said "nae bother" and hung up!!!

Huge thank you to Top Cat for installing blinds in home and conservatory. Initially to Stewart for quote and advise, love that there was no hard sell!
Really extra thanks to Chris the fitter, amazing polite, and took all the rubbish away (thank for that!) we are delighted with the job you have a great work ethic.

Not a bad experience, but not a great one. Fitter came and measured up on Thursday (4th) and advised they would be out to fit the blinds on Monday (8th). We were quoted a reasonable price. We texted on Monday for an update to ask if someone was still arriving that day as we had never received a time. They confirmed they were still coming to fit the blinds. We then got a call to say that someone would be with us between 4/4.30pm. This time came and went and my partner got a call to let us know that "the blinds hadn't been put in the van and he wouldn't be able to make it today and would come on Tuesday". The door then went just after 6pm and someone was there to fit our blinds. Gave an excuse about a flat tyre and being so busy all day, when we were under the impression no one was coming at all. The fitter then said he didn't have a note of the measurements and ended up taking these from a picture on my partner's phone.

The end result is good and the fitter was in and out quickly, but the manner in which it was dealt with was not professional and there was absolutely no PPE - which is worrying when fitters are going around numerous houses and there was no consideration for anyone's health in the flat.

Overall, the quality, fit and price of the blinds was good but customer service could do with a lot of improvement.

Don't believe in the bad reviews.

Contacted them after-hours and got a reply that evening to arrange measuring the following day.

Turn round time was 3 weeks as they were all custom made Intu blinds.

Blinds fitted and cannot fault the service esp during these government restrictions. Companies still need to operate.

The customer service was awful. They cancelled on us last min because they weren't in the area, they didn't show the second time we rearranged for, saying it was an admin fault and then the third time I was asked if they could come a different day which I couldn't because I was working but I'd told them that twice before. I was asked if he could come earlier than the time id booked (between 2pm and 6pm) so I told them the times I was available in between work and I get a phone call from a guy telling me he was on his way at 1:10pm but it was 20 mins before I was starting a meeting with work which he knew, he told me he wouldn't be able to hang around until I was finished (15 mins in the meeting) but they finish at 6pm and said I was the last client, sounds to me he just wanted an early finish on a Friday

I love this company. That's twice now I've used them and they have been fantastic in putting up my coloured, roller blinds. I had a wee accident and the blinds fell off the wall, but not a big deal, because due to their excellent, 5star, customer services, they are coming out within a day. Now that's what I call customer services. Their prices are so reasonable, so if you're thinking of getting blinds, please go here or you'll be disappointed you did not utilise their company. All I can say is overall, fantastic prices, customer service, high standards and quick to attend to you if you need anything done. Thank you for doing my home, you've got it lovely. Much appreciated. Worst company ever!! Will ripp you off with no contact from the director. Lack of professionlism..no respct!! Dont buy blinds as poor quality. If they break be ready to repair it on your own. They will promise you money back...you ll nevet see them back.

Got a few blinds fitted in my house, got lots to choose from, great quality and great service. Also getting my daughter's 1st flat done with Top Cat blinds too.

Just had my full house fitted with blinds from Topcat. The quality is excellent and great customer service. Highly recommend.
