Supplied what was ordered. Well packaged and in a good condition. Comparable price but wanted to try out the company with a view to perhaps ordering further items later. Excellent delivery service of only a couple of days.

Ordered my item on 7th May. Since order confirmation was sent I've heard absolutely nothing despite asking for information using the contact form on the website. At this point I am going to dispute the purchase with my bank. Awful.

Poor customer service havent recieved my item and i have had no response when ive asked when its going to be drlivered

12 days (of which are 7 working days) elapsed since placing an order which was not received (3 to 5 days quoted).
Tracking information via courier EVRi was not populated but stated item was still in transit & attempts to contact EVRi for an update as suggested via their system failed. EVRi states the sender should be able to open an enquiry so contacted sender. Email received from sender stating order had been cancelled & refund in progress . This has been received thank you but no explanation as to events. Caution if using this supplier - suspect issue is with EVRi!

Terrible service, purchased a Makita wall chaser and paid for next day delivery . 9 days later still not received, they try to blame DPD , DPD in email trail with manger show it’s was never sent out .

Asked for refund , keep fobbing off.
Avoid and go Else where. Imagine they never had the stock to start with .

Service was good but the one complaint that I have is that the company did not indicate that any customs duty had to be paid - I was left with the impression that I had paid the full amount. I only got billed for duty when the item was with the delivery company. It's a bit of a shock really when you get a bill after you think you have paid all.

Delivery of an olive splitter did not arrive despite a picture of a paleted blocked up old gate way down the rd at a neighbouring property. The customer after sales service is appalling and I kept getting fobbed off with excuses. I am a constant tool buyer but will never buy anything from this Company again. Under the consumer rights they are responsible for the parcel until it arrives but they are doing nothing to sort anything out. I am out of pocket using this company and have since bought the same tool elsewhere.
