My order arrived however, it wasn’t what I had ordered. It was actually an item that was over £300, my order being £80. I contacted the company immediately. To say their customer service has been awful is actually an understatement! I could have just kept the item but that is not in my nature. Finally, after a week the courier collected the wrong order yet I am still waiting for my actual order with no confirmation from this company as to when it will be dispatched other than I have to wait for them to receive the wrong order from the courier. They have been most difficult to say the least, expecting me to initially send the wrong item back at my expense! In future I will stick with Tool Station. Even after confirming the courier had collected the wrong order & providing their tracking number, they still won’t confirm when I will receive my order which was paid for nearly 2 weeks ago.

Quick and easy ordering

It is my first time placing an order from this company. I bought two items. Turn out one was damaged, another one with original box seriously damaged as if it was not brandnew. Reported this problem to the company by email, promised to reply within 48 hours, but no reply at all. Has to call them to refund one the damaged one, but another one no follow up at all.

I bought a some plumbing tools from Toolhouse to help me in my own house. Their communication was amazing throughout and the whole process was effortless! They send Cordless drill with faulty batteries . My bad I didn't read policy its 14 days return so I'm waiting now over 30 days without money without tools and I was have to pay for delivery return. I don't recommend them ! Contact with customer service will be we difficult with plenty messages to be informed about your claim.
Don't buy anything from this place !

I bought a soil sieve from Tools House. It was the model that I wanted, was competitively priced and arrived well packed and very quickly In my book, this is excellent service, especially as I prefer to buy equipment from retailers who have no aspirations to travel in space!

Have used them a couple of times, if they say they have it in stock, they have it, and their prices are competitive, so will continue to shop there, note you can pick up from there by arrangement.

The prices of the item I need was cheaper than anywhere else online. The order was updated regularly and the package arrived much earlier than anticipated. Great service overall.

Ordered 2rolls of flux core wire paid for 2 only got 1 won't be using them again

The delivery was quick but the item was scratched & part assembled. When I contacted customer service they said it was brand new not a return , they were quite sarcastic with it . Sorry but a badly scratched item partly assembled is not new ,I dont recommend them at all

Bought a very reasonably priced gas torch, which works very well and came with the correct fitting for my 4.5kg Calor gas tank. Delivery was on time.

not delivered, 20 emails and still nothing, avoid like the plague

what a waste of time, not delivered and they argue. 20 emails and still nothing, phone is always on messages, obviously a 1 horse outfit. Had to go to Barclaycard to make a charge back.

Dont buy frome here go to someone like Ebay or Amazon much better service, than no service.
