I got a price match deal on the Egg 2 bundle from the belfast store.. When I had it paid off, the bundle was sent to and assembled at the coolock branch store. They also fitted my Iso fix and carseat into my car. They were so helpful and great to deal with. I love my pram.. Everything is of the best quality.. ☆☆☆☆☆

Product was delivered and perfect but requested a note to be put in as was getting it delivered as a gift and no note. Put in. They didn't have a clue who sent it. Bit of a flop.

My product was delivered on time,well packed and product exactly as advertised.

I ordered the maxi cosi hood for car seat well ahead of time before our baby was due. It did not arrive on the expected date. We therefore did not have it for when we brought baby home from hospital. We waited 3 weeks after and still no word. I saw from my bank statements that the money had been taken but no update on delivery or anything. I contacted customer care by telephone several times but no one answered. I eventually emailed with my order number and received a response which did not offer any apology and did not even offer a refund on the delivery fee. Even though it was a whole month late and had I not contacted customer care, we probably would not have received the item at all, but yet the money was still taken from my account.

Won't be shopping with Tony Kealys again I'm afraid.
