Collection from Store takes 3-5days !!
Ordered car window shades online and selected collection from store, said they were in stock. Ordered them, paid for them and headed straight to the store. Recieved an email to say expect an email in 3-5days that your purchase is in stock. I went to the store showed them my email, girl wemt off an found the products. Then the girl at the till said she needed proof I had paid for them, had an email showing I had paid €40, this wasn't accepted, she then said she had to email a specific dept to ensure I had paid, informed me they could be on lunch and id have to wait. I explained I had a 10day old baby in the car And i wasn't waiting. I logged into my online banking and showed her the transaction. At which point the girl decided she would ring the dept she had emailed to verify item was paid for, which thankfully they verified and I was free to leave with my purchased product
