Le site est très bien fait. C'est ma première commande. Le Moyen de paiement en 4 fois c'est impeccable. Livraison rapide. C'est génial. Le colis passe dans ma boîte aux lettres. C'est vraiment top. Je suis très satisfaite. Je recommande ce site sérieux et reactif pour l'envoi des colis.

Nul de chez nul 15 jours pour recevoir ma commande , le setvice clientèle une bande de rigolo pretentieux et ignorant les conversations ....surtout achetez chez un revendeur mais par sur le site de Tommy Hifliger ....à fuir absolument

This is the first time I’ve encountered such unprofessional treatment of a customer. The package took forever to ship, and in the end, the goods never arrived. No explanation whatsoever. This store and its customer service are one big joke. And I’ll be warning everyone to avoid this store and company.

Sehr enttäuschend – sowohl die Qualität als auch der Kundenservice von Tommy Hilfiger.

Ich habe eine Jeans gekauft, die nach kurzer Zeit ohne äußere Einwirkung mitten im Stoff gerissen ist. Kein Nahtproblem, kein starker Verschleiß – einfach schlechte Materialqualität.

Der Kundenservice hat die Reklamation ohne echtes Interesse pauschal abgelehnt und sich auf „Verschleiß“ berufen. Für ein Produkt dieser Preisklasse ist das schlicht inakzeptabel.

Tommy Hilfiger wirbt mit Premiumqualität, liefert aber offensichtlich keine. Der Umgang mit Reklamationen ist unkulant, kundenunfreundlich und enttäuschend. Für mich war das der letzte Kauf bei dieser Marke. Ich kann leider nur abraten.

Website is really easy to use. I really only buy most of my stuff when it is on sale as can be expensive but every now and then will buy a decent shirt. Use the website more now than I go to the shop as I just find it easier. Clothes are great and always really good quality. Never had a problem...although last year I bought 3 pairs of shorts for a holiday and should have gone for large instead of extra large. Wore them on holiday so didn't feel right about sending them back :)

Very upset with the whole experience. Ordered a pair of socks for Father’s Day. After 3 days I receive confirmation that the order will be delivered on the day, then the slot moved, and then an email saying it got returned to sender because it was not possible to identify the address

The stuff is always of high quality and lasts for ages. I'm still wearing underwear I bought in Arizona 13 years ago and the elastic around the waste has never perished. A case of you get what you pay for I would suggest.

Klamotten über den online Store (USA) bestellt. Da ich die Ware innerhalb von 4 Tagen brauchte, habe ich Schnellversand gewählt für $24.

Ware kam dann später als normaler Versand ankäme (was als Datum angeben wurde).

Support kontaktiert….keine Antwort. Nach 7 Tagen kam eine Mail wie zufrieden ich mit der Bearbeitung meines Falles durch Person XY war.

Die Sachen sind und bleiben aber super!

Ich habe mehrere Kleidungsstücke für meine Freundin und mich bestellt und hatte einen 20% Rabattcoupon auf alles. Diesen habe ich natürlich verwendet. Wie es leider bei Kleidern ist, hat nicht unbedingt alles gepasst. Der Online Shop erlaubt keinen Umtausch von Produkten, sondern setzt auf Rückversand und Neubestellung. Also habe ich den Support angeschrieben um den 20% Rabatt auf die neue Bestellung (gleiche Produkte, gleicher Preis, nur andere Größe) zu erhalten. Daraufhin erhielt ich nur eine kompromisslose Antwort dass dies nicht möglich sei.

Also habe ich darauf geantwortet, dass ich das nicht richtig finde und auch umwelttechnisch bedenklich finde, da mit solch einem Verhalten Bestellungen mit Intention zur Rücksendung gefördert werden. Diese Nachricht wurde einfach ignoriert.

Meine Schlussfolgerung: Einfach alles direkt in 3 Größen bestellen, mit der Intention 2 davon zurück zu schicken. Wirklich ärgerlich dass ein solch großes Unternehmen welches mit Nachhaltigkeit wirbt ein solches Verhalten fördert und belohnt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Nach eigener Erfahrung: Andere Onlineshops erkauben die Übertragung von Rabatten auf andere Größen in einer neuen Bestellung. Also wenn möglich einfach woanders bestellen.

Of all the brands out there Tommy is top of the class in looks,style,innovation and quality I’ve never purchased anything and been disappointed I just wish I had more money to spend on them
