Not customer service focused!

Contacted customer service with faulty products (warped bottles). They gave me a runaround and were incredibly unhelpful. All I wanted was for the company to stand by their product and replace the poorly manufactured ones. Instead, I went back and forth with them via email literally 19 times trying to find a resolution. Ultimately they did send replacements (supposedly, haven’t yet received) but it was ridiculous how hard it was to get it there. I have a newborn baby to take care of; I shouldn’t be trying to convince a company to have morals and stand by their product.

Love Anticolic bottles

Highly recommend that whenever you have a problem with the product to contact customer service. They were extremely helpful with my issue. I’ve used the Advanced anti colic bottles for 2/3 children and have had the peace of mind knowing I’m minimizing their chance of getting colic with these bottles. It can be a pain to pull apart the parts but it’s so much easier than the other brands. I just wish they’d bring back the color changing temp gauge on the stick looking piece.

Both my babies loved this bottle

Both my babies loved this bottle. It was similar to the human nipple so I was able to breast and bottle feed right away. One of my bottles melted in a sterilizing bag. I called customer support and they resolved my issues quickly and sent me 3 replacement bottles. Overall it was a good experience and I plan on using these bottles in the future or purchasing them for a new mom.

3 in 1 cup

I purchased the 3 in 1 insulated convertible cup. After trying several times to adjust from "sip" to "straw" to "closed" my hands are screaming at me!
I won't be buying these again.

Wonderful Customer Service by Karri

My wonderful representative Karri helped resolve the issue very well! She was gracious and even took the extra time to call me back when the system was not working and replaced the pacifiers that I was having issues with. Overall and wonderful experience and I am very satisfied by the customer care received!!

I’m glad that Tommee Tippee service team genuinely helped me out with my order replacement process quickly. Although the Amazon return date was closed as I was out of country. So I had to put a request with Tommee Tippee service team.

A good experience

I need more valves for our cups and Rowan took their time over a few days stretch (was on me they replied in a timely manner) and is sending me the parts that I need. A very helpful employee this company had.

Jenna was great she helped me very fast with all the problems I was having today. I have had the Tommee Tippee double electric breast pump for 2 years now and have loved it and the customer service has been amazing every time I have needed it.

Not Worth the Money

Not Worth the Money – Poor Quality & Customer Service

These pumps are absolutely not worth the money. They leak constantly, and the suction is strange. The only way to control the pumps is through your phone, but the Bluetooth connection is unreliable.

I might have been able to overlook these issues if customer service was responsive—but they’re completely unhelpful and never answer. I ended up buying these in a pinch after breaking my Elvie Stride pumps (which are amazing, by the way). Unfortunately, these were the only ones available in my small town that day, and I was heading back to work that week. Looking back, I wish I had just used my manual pump and ordered the Elvie Strides instead.

Save yourself the frustration—skip these and go for the Elvie Stride. At least their customer service actually responds!

I had lost a few pieces for my bottles, I contacted customer service to purchase those pieces. While they weren't able to sell me exactly what I needed, they provided me with an alternative and are sending it my way. Very quick and easy service which I am appreciative of

Tommee Tippee 3 in 1…No Safety insert parts available for purchase!

I received a Tommee Tippee 3 in 1 bottle/food warmer (2nd hand) that was missing the insert. I looked up the product thinking I could just order a replacement part. No such luck… the customer service rep got back to me very quickly, however, I was told they do not have available parts for purchase and I should check amazon or eBay. For an expensive item such as this, parts should be available! Especially since it’s a an item for SAFE use of the product. I find it deplorable to suggest that a customer should go to a 3rd party website to try and find spare parts, especially for an item that is still being sold. Not impressed Tommee Tippee!

Super Helpful Customer Service

I reached out to customer service because I had an issue with a product and the customer care team was super helpful and attentive and were quick to fix the issue. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone and will continue to purchase Tommee Tippee products for my kiddos.
