Put my details in for a quote, and within an hour I have received 3 phone calls, one from an 0808 number, one from an 0117 number and one from a mobile. I wanted a quote online not pestering incessantly by a telesales team.

SPAM calls
Clearly sell your details onto others as since requesting an online quote (which actually isn't an online quote at all as you get to the end and says they will call you) I have been bombarded with spam calls from landlines and mobiles. Even unregistered my contact information via email and still getting multiple calls daily.
UPDATE 10/02/2026. I had an email confirmation this morning from Tom confirming my details had been removed from their database and that I would not be contacted again. Despite this I then had an email an hour later asking for more personal details to complete a quote and have had two more spam calls just this morning.

Looked into a quote a while ago. Decided it wasn't suitable. Thought nothing of it. All of a sudden im now getting calls from people claiming to be from Tom but calling from regular mobile numbers.

Fantastic Customer Service
First time having to explore life insurance and its grim realities. Had seen the adverts all over the place for Tom Lift Insurance, especially being a relatively new dad myself. I had spoken to Mitchell about the options available to me as well as what to consider when planning ahead - he was very transparent and helpful, especially answering all my additional questions!
