Saw the ads for Tom Insurance on Instagram. They tailor make a dads insurance and it was definitely time for me to review mine after my existing policy with another company went up by an extra £11 a month. I figured a phone call can’t hurt to find out about it and I’m glad I did it. Jon talked me through everything and honestly he was easy to talk to, put me at ease and there was never any pressure to buy. The info I got back made me realise how out of date and inadequate my existing policy was. Not to mention expensive in comparison! I saved £33 a month by switching to Tom and now have a far better policy. If you’re a dad and thinking about insurance give Tom Insurance a ring and if you can, speak to Jon Hill, top fella and a fellow West Country boy, thanks Jon!

Great customer experience
Every step was made very easy by my advisor, James (Walker), with my and my families best interests, in terms of the policy details, at the forefront. He was knowledgeable and called exactly when he said he would, even when I required a later call back, and clearly walked me through the quotes and next steps. Never did I feel pressured, or like this was just another sale. A great customer experience with Tom this far (& a very good value policy)! No hesitation in recommending Tom’s sister site Polly to my wife - helpfully handed by the same advisors.

Relentless Phone calls
I signed up for a quote and the phone calls are endless.
I told them one day, I was busy, and 1 minute later another number called me aboit the insurance.
Im now 2 weeks in, with multiple numbers blocked...and I'm still getting calls.
Feel like the calling Police for harassment.
Please stop calling me.

Jon Hill was exceptional and a credit to Tom
Jon Hill was exceptional, the lad took me through the questions professionally and seemed interested in the outcome!
I did say that the ‘interrogation’ seemed harsher than that of Ted Bundy but I understand is necessary, I took the policy and hope that my son and daughter will benefit on my demise.
I am in sales myself and understand that Jon receives a commission from this but I believe this I well deserved! After years of seeing the Tom ads I have finally bitten well done mate I’m not easy to sell to haha
