Life insurance made simple
Had a phone call this morning with Lewis Routley, he was friendly and very knowledgable. I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy a policy and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold more policy than I needed. I gathered a range of quotes for my life insurance and my policy from Lewis with TOM felt right for my family’s needs. Hopefully I never need to use it but it feels nice to have in place.

Well i decided to look at life insurance got a call back from Emily Lewis @ Tom we had several conversations over the course of a week honestly excellent answered every question & there was a lot of them she definitely knew her stuff so friendly , professional , super helpful, very patient, I’m actually really happy with the plan we came up with now I’m covered with what I required & a cost I’m happy with Emily you were a star thank you very much 😊

I’ve been using Tom for a long time now…
I’ve been using Tom for a long time now and recently called to add my partner to the contract. Lewis Routley was absolutely brilliant — he sorted everything out quickly and made the whole process really easy. His level of customer service is next level, and I honestly wish everyone on the phone was like him! Outstanding service all round.

Constant Harassing Phone Calls!
Clicked an advert on social media and was looking just to get a rough quote for life insurance. Made me add my details to proceed which should have been a red flag immediately.
I am not getting, no exaggeration, about 15 calls a day from them. I am ignoring them all and blocking the numbers but they clearly use software to generate a new number every time they call to get around this. I have emailed them to tell them to stop calling me and to remove my number but no reply.
Don’t use this company if you don’t want to be harassed! Would never go with them now even if they were the best provider.

I had Lewis Routley call me and i can honestly say he was the best man to speak to, very chatty, very easy to talk to. As a new dad he spoke me through all the benefits of life insurance and how it would benefit my family in the long run! I cannot fault Lewis at all so i definitely didnt think twice about taking out cover. Made a plan perfect for me and my family

Went on the website to receive a quote for life insurance (presumed this be online) boy was I wrong. So as of today alone I've received 8 calls from people claiming to be TOM. Pestering salesmen. If the company were that great they wouldn't need to chase people they'd have people coming to them. Never known out like it.

Jake was really helpful
Jake Philips was great, explained everything clearly. Never had cover before, but had a sudden loss in my friend group and its freaked me out. Glad i'm now covered to look after my Wife and Little girl if the worst happens.

I filled in the easy online form and within 10 minutes a policy advisor had phoned me. Mike Prosser explained everything that the policy and set up process would entail. He even phoned me back after I had to pause the call for 45 minutes. He was a real gentleman and sorted absolutely everything out for me. Cannot recommend highly enough, great service!

I’ve been holding off getting life…
I’ve been holding off getting life insurance for a while and today I finally did it. A massive thank you to Suresh Teji for the help and support with getting it sorted. He made the process so easy and understandable. We even had a few little laughs and a couple jokes on the phone which made it even better. I have just taken life insurance out with them.
And I have to say it was quick and easy process everything was explained in detail about how the policy works and the cover i recieve and the price is the best I have been quoted. I never felt pressured into taking out a policy. All in all a pleasant experience.
Would highly recommend this company.

Put my details in for a quote, and within an hour I have received 3 phone calls, one from an 0808 number, one from an 0117 number and one from a mobile. I wanted a quote online not pestering incessantly by a telesales team.
Now 5 calls in less than 24 hours
