Tokkipop Omdömen

The items arrived really safely, I ordered both a photocard and a birthday kit (boxed item) and both arrived bubble wrapped and with really nice freebies and a note, great customer service 🫶

Ordered for the first time after following Hassan for a while and couldnt fault it. Fantastic service, packed on live on tiktok and him and Andreea are so nice! Delivered quickly and packaged well. Will definatly order again.

absolutely amazing packaging is always phenomenal Hassan and Andreea couldn’t be kinder owners! Highly reccomend the shop, worth every penny I spend wish they had a tip button they deserve 1 million pound.

My order was a pre order and it had been slightly delayed however the customer service was phenomenal, it wasn’t their fault their supplier was delayed. They got back to me straight away when I had wanted information. They even apologised for the delay and gave me 30% off for the next 3 months. I shall be ordering again, with or without the discount they gave me.

Order was packed really well - I bought a photocard and a RETURNITY ear therapy set from them (for the San photocard haha) and I got the one I wanted!! I felt like the items were priced fairly. The order came in a reasonable time and came with some cute branded freebies (I personally find their branding very cute so this was fine for me!). Based off their TikTok owners seem really sweet and like they really care about their business (though I have not interacted with them directly as I didn't need customer service, but I reckon they would help if I needed it). Happy to support a small business and hope to buy from them again in the future!

Excellent shop! My order came so quickly and really well packaged! The packaging was so cute and the hand written note added such a lovely touch! Thank you so much for your hard work

Bought on the launch day all the way from Italy, despite the distance the package arrived quickly and in perfect conditions. Also got some cut stickers and pin. They’ve just opened but the customer care is top notch. Will definitely buy again cuz they got some of the most wanted item and are very open to requests ❤️

Bought G-Dragon and Ateez album. Both arrived very quickly and well packaged. Got a few freebees as well which is always nice and a little hand written note. Will defiantly be using this site again :)

The owners are really sweet. Album was very well packed, they included some cute freebies too. The shipping was fast. Overall had an amazing experience.

I ordered on the day they opened and I’m really impressed with how quick my items arrived! They were packaged really well, and even included some cute freebies and a handwritten thank you postcard. I’ll definitely order from them again!

Lovely shop, amazing quick delivery and super cute stickers added to order, will defo be ordering again

My first purchase from Tokkipop, and I was really impressed. Incredibly fast shipping and super cute packaging.
Got some freebies and a handwritten postcard. So happy and I'll definitely order from them in the future :)

The website is easy to navigate and checkout. Hassan and Andreea are trustworthy and reliable sellers. The parcel arrived quickly, well-packaged and contained some lovely, cute stickers! I will be using TokkiPop for all my future Kpop purchases.

I knew I was going to have an amazing experience when i placed my order. The shipping was very timely and I got exactly what i was expecting. I already placed my next order and i can’t wait to receive it !

Item arrived really quickly, within 2 days of ordering. Customer service was amazing and item was in perfect condition. Really happy will order again.

sent quickly and safely with the cutest packaging and free gift! will definitely shop here again and will be recommending to all my friends too! thank you :)

I placed my first order with this shop on Monday and they were so quick with packing my item and sending it out! I was able to pick out which POB and version of the album I wanted through their TikTok live, but they also have a notes section on their website when you place your order to specify which version of the album you would like! They also add in a few stickers, a pin and a small handwritten postcard for each order which I think makes it a little more personal for each person. Their packaging is also very considerate, and they ensure that the item will be safe in transit.

Will definitely be ordering again and I look forward to supporting Andreea and Hassan more in the future!

Tokkipop is the most amazing little online K-pop shop I’ve ever bought from. So much care and attention goes into packing the orders and the overall experience is brilliant!! ADORABLE little mascots, a brilliant range of items to purchase and shipping is super fast! A beautiful shop ran by a beautiful couple. Thank you so much 🥹💖✨ TOKKIPOP FOREVER✨

i recently ordered a blackpink album and an ateez one. they got delivered super fast, the customer service was impeccable and they also gave me some gifts/ freebies.
highly recommend tokkipop! 🩷

i will order again for sure.

Arrived SUPER fast, came with a personally written postcard, cute freebies and the albums were a really good price too! Have ordered from them twice now :3 100% recommend!

Also if you tune into their lives on TikTok you can see them packaging your order super carefully to ensure none of your items get damaged + you can choose your POB!
