Amazing!! Well packaged and very cute!! <3

i ordered the illit bomb weverse album, it came super super fast and was in perfect condition! the packaging was ADORABLE and the postcard and stickers are so cute i love them sm, 100% ordering again as soon as i can! also i pulled both of my biases so thank you for the extra luck :3

I am honestly so happy I ordered from here. I was so unsure of buying from here. I usually go for retailers such as amazon or hmv and this was a shop that just started out but, I ordered an album that was a limited edition and this was the shop that offered the most competitive price. I remember seeing a couple of videos on tik tok of the sellers during or after covid that were quite entertaining, so I trusted my guts and bought the album. Not only it came nicely packaged with the cutest tape, but it came with the most adorable photocard and some freebies of the store. They are genuinely so pretty that I have displayed them in my room! Seeing how much effort they put in just their logo, I would trust them with all my future orders. Oh, and the delivery times were accurate to what they were posted!

1st time buying products from this company and I’m very impressed. My albums arrived very well packaged and they also arrived to me quickly after dispatch.

Such a great small business. I ordered an item i was struggling to find elsewhere and their price was super reasonable. I will definitely shop there again.

Hassan and Andreea are lovely and as K-pop fans themselves they understand how I feel about merch and albums! Always helpful, great service and an amazing collection of merch. Highly recommended!

An amazing store with great stock, good prices and lovely owners!! Every order I have had has come really quick and in perfect condition. A friendly community around this store, definitely recommend!!

Tokkipop is run by a lovely couple called Hassan and Andreea both who work hard, I have placed over 10 orders which have all come safe with 0 damage and very well packed the shipping is AMAZING there has been times have i have placed an order and it has arrived 2 days later if that once they have sent it to the post office it arrives the next day I couldnt recommend a business more than I recommend tokkipop they pack with so much love and care, a note and you get 10% off first orders they also give you a little gift for first orders they are live every night and have a live5 for 5 percent off every time there live and if you order a. Pob and you suggest your top 4 they will try there best to give you your number 1 bias there albums are affordable and they deserve so much love and I won’t order off anyone else I trust them so much more than anyone ever
If you ever want suggest an album you would like in stock they will do there best to put it on the shop they are so funny and have so much laughter with supporters there also do a wheel every no and then where if you spend so much you can get a free album or WEVERSE version
Thank you Hassan and andreea for everything you do

Delivered when promised and it was packaged beautifully. Would definitely use again

We ordered 2 Aniteez (wooyoung and San) they came perfectly safe with the cutest freebies ever (pins, poster, stickers) AS WELL AS TWO PHOTOCARDS 🩷🩷!!! Although it’s a bit of a wait it’s so worth it and reasonably priced! Would order again 🩷

I am so delighted I have placed an order with Tokkipop, they are truly the best!
We ordered 2 Aniteez. The package was lovely, neatly packed, with lovely messages, many freebies including 2 real photocards that we didnt order!
A few time I have contacted them for queries, and their support was great! They would answer promptly and extremely nicely!
I would definitely order with them again! Thank you for the best experience!

The best kpop shop I’ve ever bought from. Fabulous service, excellent communications and in addition they are wonderfully friendly people. Always my first choice go to. Well done Hassan and Andrea

cutest shop ever! really nicely packaged & shipped quickly. prices are very affordable. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new place to get albums & merch!

I ordered for the first time after following Hassan for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. My order was shipped the next day and it arrived in perfect condition with cute freebies and a handwritten note. Also thank you so much for the Jin weverse album from your giveaway! I will definitely be ordering again in the future :)

I have placed many orders and I have received them all in perfect conditions whether it’s albums merch or lightstick they have all been perfectly protected. Whenever I have asked for something they will always take the time to look into it and let us know whether they are able to get it and if they can they will always make sure to put it on the site

I've only had one order so far (because I'm poor), but the guys kept me up to date on the pre-order, and the delivery expectations given were realistic. When the delivery arrived, it was in great condition, and the little extras they included were very cute. Having used Cokodive and other companies, it's refreshing to get good customer service - will definitely be using Tokkipop again.

Great communication. Although the magazine ordered was slightly damaged, there was a nice note in with it. Package done up with nice tape.

Great owners, variety of kpop merch and fast deliveries.

I ordered the Love Language limited edition NFC album, "Love Lock (Love Lock Ver.)", and received so fast. I ordered on the 23 May received on the 9 June.

The packaging is so well protected and also super cute with the notes that they add and stickers.
