I have ordered a few times here and one of them I had ordered pre sale and non pre sale and they went out of their way to offer me the option to get the non pre sale stuff delivered separately which I thought was a very sweet action! I love all the updates you get when you order pre sale and how everything was packaged in a nice way but not with too much waste (important too me) the owner is lovely and is very prompt when you reach out and even helped me decide which POB I was choosing as I had 0 clue was half the abbreviations mea!! I recommend to everyone I know who is also into kpop!

I ordered dominate stray kids merch for my daughter. Was told upfront that it would be around 3 months until it arrived and I was kept informed by email throughout this time. Parcel arrived in the timescale expected and was well packaged. Had been pre warned that the necklace may be broken due to a manufacturing issue but luckily ours wasn’t and my daughter is very very pleased. Would happily order from this website again.
