Clean environment and enjoyable session but time management essential as rushed at the end with painting and decorating my bowl.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Stay away whatever you do!

The lesson: The guy who was meant to be our teacher just seemed to hate his job, he was short with everyone and often just destroyed your pot and did it himself. Absolutely no desire to teach or for you to learn. His tone was monotonous and hard to follow his instructions.
We paid for extra to get the pots fired, and we were asked to contact them to collect out pots.
We emailed them, and as soon as they emailed back we booked an appointment. We went, and they only had one pot and told me that they had misplaced the other one.
They promised me they’d contact me as soon as they found the second pot, but nothing happened.
When I emailed them, they were super rude, and took no ownership on the fact that they lost my pot. They claimed that we gave them our email address wrong (although we did get their emails) and that we took time to reply, eventhough we booked our picking up slot only 12 days after they sent us an email saying that out pots were ready (and again, we went all the way to their studio to find one one pot). They claimed that it took us 81 days to pick up the pot, when we booked out slot 12 days after they told us that our pots were ready to be picked up.
They are just lying to us and taking no responsibility for having lost my pot.
So over all, lesson: poor Customer experience: Poor

I would not call this the “Ultimate Pottery Experience” — it’s barely pottery at all.

We had a booking for 6pm, but when we arrived we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, which ended up being closer to 30 minutes. The staff were rude and unhelpful from the start.

We were given about a 5-minute explanation on how to use the wheel. As soon as we made a hole in the clay, they rushed us off and told us to go paint instead. There was no proper instruction, no guidance, and no real pottery experience.

The safety standards were also concerning. A hot gun was left on even when no staff were around.

To make things worse, if you actually wanted your piece fired in the kiln, you had to pay an extra £10 on top of the experience.

Overall, the service and organisation were extremely disappointing. This felt like a rushed, poorly run experience that did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend spending money here if you actually want to try pottery.

Had a great time, the class was well instructed and the overall studio space is great. Only improvement would be to have better washing hand facilities as it gets quite messy, and also aprons as they kept breaking!

Had a really nice experience at Token Studio with my friend. The activity itself was fun and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that the end felt a bit rushed, it would be helpful if there were time updates or timestamps during the session so you know how much time you have left. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it.

The experience started 20 minutes late, which we understand things happen. However, the whole experience was completely rushed. The instructor had 0 interest in helping anyone - you would ask for his help and he would either ignore you or do it for you in the quickest time possible, rather than explaining. He was focusing on two people only and the other 15 people were just left. You are provided with the tiniest amount of clay and therefore can only make small items. It took around 10-15 minutes to wait for a blow torch which then delayed everything else and he would move on to the next part without majority having finished the part before.
When moving on to the painting section, we were given 15 minutes to paint which involved 15-20 people waiting to use 3 hairdryers. The whole experience felt very rushed and unprofessional and quite uncomfortable at times.
Because of how rushed we were and the awful experience, we declined paying the extra £10 to glaze so we were thrust a paper plate and a co-op carrier bag. Awful experience, please avoid.

Was a great first time pottery experience. Be prepared to try and fail over and over until you finally get it right.

Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time coming here to pottery it was a positive and creative vibe there it was fun and all the staff were very nice and helpful.

Had an amazing time here creating my own cup. Would definitely recommend
