We bought the premium foam mat which has been great for our child to play safely on whilst still looking good in our home.
We used the warranty for some peeling and the customer service could not be faulted.
We also have a splat mat which has been excellent and very hard wearing.

Jedoch haben sie zu Beginn sehr stark nach Kunststoff gerochen und mussten ein paar Tage auslüften.
Leider sind sie auch sehr empfindlich für Kratzer. Dadurch sehen sie jetzt schon nicht mehr so toll aus.
Hatte für den Preis mehr Robustheit erwartet.

Ethically made product and great customer service.

ToddleKind advertises a 100 day home trial with free and easy returns. This is a total scam. I returned a mat that I didn't like after 2 days, and upon receiving the return, it was denied as it was opened. There is nothing on the site that says it can't be opened, but simply says "resaleable" condition. My return was brand new and still declined. Stay away and get a more popular brand with better customer service!

The durability of this playmat is poor. We have followed all directions for product care on this, and have been very conscious of them. The playmat has peeled within a few months. Toddlekind is refusing to refund me even though I purchased my product less than 2 years ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par la qualité du produit, moi qui croyais investir dans un tapis qui durerait dans le temps ! Et bien, quelle déception.
Le tapis est très fin et s'abîme excessivement vite à l'usage (je précise qu'il s'agit d'un usage tout à fait normal avec un bébé de 5 mois qui ne rampe même pas encore). Les bords décollent, le tapis marque pour un oui ou pour un non.
Pour finir, il a suffi que mon chat fasse ses griffes dessus une fois pour qu'il soit bon à jeter.

Bien que vraiment très design, tapis de très mauvaise qualité.
Après à peine quelques mois d'utilisation, il a jaunie et se décolle.

Ware seit 6 Wochen zurück geschickt und immer noch kein Geld erhalten! Keiner meldet sich auf Nachrichten! Würde nie wider dort was kaufen!!!!!!

Not worth the money.
I have the playmat for 2 months and isn’t heavily used.
Today, when I cleaned I noticed that the mat is ripped, we do not have any sharp objects in the room so it must arrived like this or be done by little son (16 months) when he played with his cars. I look at this whole and the material is so thin, you really could break it with your nails without any problem.
I so regret buying this mat

Mat started peeling after limited use.

We used this mat for our first child ~3 years ago for 6 months. We then got it back out for our second child and the surface of the mat is peeling off. Toddlekind claim their "lifetime warranty" is actually only 2 years long and won't replace the mat.

Given we paid the best part of £100 for a 'premium mat' I wouldn't expect it to be completely useless after this short period.

We received our mat faster than expected! The mat is extremely beautiful! It isn’t an eye sore and looks great in our home. We did have some issues with the some of the tiles peeling but customer service was exceptionally wonderful and replaced them in a heartbeat. We are very happy with our purchase!

These are beautiful high quality foam mats. Extremely helpful for infants and toddlers when you have hard wood floors. My daughter loves jumping and playing on her mat. It's also very easy to keep clean. We love our mat!

The best customer experience I've ever received hands down.

Very beautiful playmat, it’s aesthetically pleasing to look at and comfortable for baby to play on. Our first mat peeled a little and customer service was able to replace the damaged tiles. You have to clean it with a damp cloth and let dry completely. No harsh chemicals. We love our playmat!!

Nous avons acheté un tapis qualité premium. Il n'a pas résister plus d'1 an. Une odeur nauséabonde est apparue et, bien que sous garanti (2an), la marque refuse de remplacer le produit. N'ACHETEZ PAS CE TAPIS !

Customer service is fantastic. A very kind and helpful team. Shipping was fast. Quality of the foam mat is great. Will definitely be recommending to friends.
