I had some peeling tiles but I sent the vendor images of the damage, and they are working on sending replacements. Just make sure to keep the original receipt for warranty purposes and you will be good to go!

Wonderful product

Tiles were peeling but customer service was great. Snapped a few photos of the defect and they were able to process a warranty claim for me. Process was a breeze. Should be getting new tiles in 1-2 weeks.

Had an issue with couple of parts of the mat, customer service were fantastic and sent replacement out quickly! So pleased.

Like all the other negative reviews say, the print starts peeling off after light use from a static (i.e. non-crawling) baby, and they never reply to e-mails to hello@toddlekind to make it right. Leaving this review not to be a jerk, but because I think it's the only way I'll get a refund :/

EDIT: their reply implies I have failed to get in touch. I have an active ticket on their website that they have never replied to or updated in over a week! I will e-mail the requested e-mail, but I *really* doubt you can't find my messages.

I had some issue with a piece of the mat. Support directly answered and replaced everything super fast. Such a great experience!

I had an issue with my playmat and reached out to toddlekind. I was contacted almost immediately. Jess worked with me to resolve my issue. Great communication and customer service.

I sent two mats to my friend, one for play and one for the high chair. Both are lovely and were well-received.

I have only received half a refund for my mats and am now being ignored by their customer service person. Make sure you read the negative reviews on here, they all say the same thing - peeling after general use and not fit for purpose. I recommend googling generic playmats for a far cheaper alternative that doesn’t peel (this is what I replaced mine with - some come in really nice colours like blush pink), or there are other big brands if you’re after a premium look & feel (friends of mine have these and they’re lovely).

Such a shame because the idea is clever and the mats look great on arrival, but they do not withstand day to day life with a baby.

I await the rest of my refund…

The playmat is our favorite! We have been using them since our baby was born and will continue to use them for years to come. Easy to clean and customer service is amazing and responsive. We have bought more than one mat for our large play area and cannot recommend them enough!

We are so in love we our playmatt. Our kid plays there every day, with the confidence that it is a safe place. We had a little problem with it, and the costumer attention, has been so good.

I recently purchased a 60 x 73 playpen and needed a suitable mat to go with it. After some research, I decided to go with the 4 x 6 mat (12 tiles) recommended by Toddlekind Services.

I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compatible mat for baby playpen.

Overall, I'm impressed with how well the mat solves my concern of finding the right size and quality for my playpen!
